As a result, without having a home Internet connection yet, the monthly payment has already ended on the 28th, with 0 rubles in the account. Even taking into account the 14th, half of the tariff should have been lifted in half a month, i.e. making a profit for unproven services. (If I travel to Rostov by Moscow bus, I pay not for the journey to Moscow, but to Rostov). And then I find out that it is impossible to replenish the account from another phone (MTS), it is also impossible through the bank's cash desk, only the telecom phone must be linked to the money.
