We vacationed with my mother at this hotel from July 25 to August 1, 2024. A cozy, stylish, small hotel in the central district of Sukhum. In my opinion, the hotel is located in the most successful location in the city. Maya is a very friendly and helpful hostess of the hotel. The rooms are all as in the photo, cozy, beautiful and very clean, as well as there is always a pleasant aroma. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed every three days. The hotel has an outdoor terrace with a kitchenette on the top floor, where it is pleasant to have breakfast in the morning and sit with a glass in the evening. Minor noise from the road did not bother us at all, there was good noise insulation between the rooms, we could not hear anyone from above or from the side, so I do not know what kind of noise there was in the reviews. In general, I spent a long time choosing where to stay with my mother, because I had already been to Abkhazia before and saw what conditions were offered. For me, this is the best price/quality/location ratio. We did not find any disadvantages. Thanks again to Maya, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

Very cool mini hotel! There are 6 rooms in total. The rooms are very beautiful. They are equipped with everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, a safe, a fumigator, a refrigerator, it is very important for us that 2 pillows per person and a blanket for each (we sleep with my husband under different blankets), in the bathroom: toothbrushes with a mini paste, a travel set of gel + shampoo+ soap, a shower cap, a hairdryer. There is an insect net on the balcony. The room is very pleasant to be in. Everything is done with soul, comfort and pleasing to the eye. On the roof there is a lounge area with a summer kitchen.different options for dining areas. There is everything you need for cooking. There is also a clothes dryer. TV. On each floor there is a laundry room (you can use a washing machine from 10 to 20), an ironing board with an iron. You can ask for beach towels! We just took our own just in case) great location to the New dining room, beach, and center. Everything is close. Very responsive hosts. You can buy homemade wine and chacha, my husband liked it) Thank them very much for a wonderful stay) this hotel met my expectations 100%%

I had a rest with Maya and Astamur in August, spent a wonderful 11 days in their mini-hotel. Cozy and beautiful rooms with all amenities - air conditioning, double beds, several pillows, blankets, safe, bathrobes, slippers. Modern bathroom, hot water constantly, boiler in each room! From the 4th floor, where there is a common seating area with a TV, there is a beautiful view of the mountains, and there is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator where you can cook. The sea with a pebble beach is 300 meters away on foot, and if you take a minibus / taxi for 10 minutes, you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach. The boardwalk is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, cafes. Come and enjoy the hospitality and cordiality of the hosts, and of course the beauty of Sukhumi!
