I faced a very unpleasant situation within the framework of a lifetime warranty on the products. In September 23, a bracelet in silver was purchased in the store of this chain. After 10 months, the bracelet was almost lost, as the moving part of the spring lock fell out, while the spring remained in the lock itself. We delivered it to the store under warranty (indicating that we want to receive either a similar product or a payment of money), as a result, the conclusion came from the service center that the defect is not a manufacturing one. According to them, it was recorded: the loss of a spring (although the spring is in place, deformation of the bracelet (there is no special deformation there, in any case, when worn, it cannot be like in a showcase), metal oxidation (silver, in principle, always darkens a little, it was a little dark on its own when sold), household dirt (it was worn daily), scratches and signs of exploitation. Despite the fact that when selling, they so fiercely focus on the warranty. It is very unpleasant that she herself was an employee of this network, they fix it selectively, someone will solder the torn bracelet (despite the fact that the gap is not a manufacturing defect), and someone cannot fix the lock defect, which is really a manufacturing defect. To know that there would be such a situation, I would not recommend buying on this network for anything in my life. And now I definitely won't recommend it. They themselves lose and scare away their customers.
