I came to see the gold rings on purpose. There are 375 samples, there are 585 samples. When I was a kid, I saw my grandfather's wedding ring. It had such a reddish tinge and had a sample of 913. It was also called red gold. I ask, are there any rings made of red gold? The consultant replied: We don't have such things. It's a pity. It would immediately raise the prestige of the store. The 375 sample means that there is 37.5% gold, the rest is an alloy of silver and copper. And it looks more like silver than gold. Therefore, it is impossible to call them golden. It's not gold, it's a surrogate. The rings are 585 samples, they can be called gold with a stretch. Although the presence of gold there is half. It's like eating coffee and having a coffee drink, which is not the same thing. But the red gold has a sample of 900 and above. Which means the gold content is 90% or higher. Why aren't the same red gold rings on sale? A question for the manufacturer. It's probably more profitable, cheaper to produce, more expensive to sell. As they say in business: nothing personal, just money.

I am completely disappointed with the store's sales consultants! Lack of customer focus on the face. I applied for the reason of inserting stones into rings as part of a lifetime warranty. In response, she was sent to the store where she purchased them, although the store chain is the same... No clear explanation has been received. Another store said that the sellers had to provide such a service. Ambiguous conclusions suggest themselves... if you don't want to serve customers, then why work in this field?
