I recently visited Gaijin Bistro and was very impressed — solid 5 stars. The place is immediately inviting: pleasant music, soft light and a very cozy atmosphere. Here you really want to stay longer and enjoy the moment. The menu is interesting and unusual, there is plenty to choose from even if you like to try new things. The dishes are served quickly, and everything looks very neat and appetizing. I was especially pleased that the flavors are rich, but not overloaded. Each dish feels thoughtful and harmonious. I would like to mention the desserts separately — light, delicate and just the perfect end to dinner. Special thanks to the waiter Alina — she was very attentive, pleasant and helped with the selection of dishes. Definitely a place I'd love to return to more than once.

The flavors are bright, harmonious and perfectly balanced. You can feel the high quality of the products and the creative approach of the cuisine. The classic combinations here reveal themselves in a new and very interesting way. Top-level service: attentive, friendly and professional staff. It's a place you want to come back to again and again.

It's a great place. It is easy to book a table, they dial on the day of the visit, confirm whether you will be there. Fresh modern interior. Attentive service, the waiter is happy to tell you about every item on the menu. The food is served quickly (around 15 minutes). The food is amazing: delicious poke with salmon, crispy shrimp in tempura and simply stunning sashimi of three types of fish in sauce - the freshest fish. Total: everything is awesome, starting from the entrance, ending with the service and food. I definitely recommend it.

Sitting at the table, we felt an amazing change in rhythm: from a lively and noisy room in the best traditions of a bistro, which was completely filled, to a more relaxed atmosphere with a spot of subdued light after sunset, which is perfect for dating The service is at the highest level: your desires from your stay at gaijin will be subtly felt and served with honed precision. The focus is, of course, on the open kitchen and bar, where you can find positions for yourself both on a daily basis and what to surprise your receptors with. Thanks!

Yesterday, my friend and I visited a restaurant, and we had only positive impressions! From the very entrance, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. The interior was stylish and cozy, which created a great mood. The menu surprised with a variety of dishes. Everything we ordered was cooked to the highest standard! Wonderful restaurant! We managed to get in a month after the opening, and the wait was worth it. The interior is 10 out of 10, incredibly stylish, relevant, attention to detail and even such small things as the wardrobe number. Kitchen - applause. The bread basket deserves special respect, I don't know where else in Minsk restaurants, and not bakeries, they prepare so many types of bread. Rye with miso has a crispy crust, the crumb is the most delicate, you can feel the flavor of miso, focaccia can literally be eaten with your fingers. Beef tartare is one of the best in town for sure, a large portion and served with French fries. Salad with turkey and crushed cucumbers is chic, simple ingredients, but how interestingly combined and shaded with nut cream. Seafood risotto and udon with duck are wonderful! We also tried all the desserts - this is also aerobatics. It's very ideological, it seems simple, but understandable. I know that they are made by the chef from my favorite pastry shop Moulin, which means it is a guarantee of coolness. I've never tried Japanese cotton cheesecake before - it has a very unusual texture, I've never seen anything like it before, it feels like a souffle and melts in my mouth. Tokyo banana is a delicate sponge cake with cream that tastes like a real ripe banana. Mooncake with tropical fruits and pieces of mochi inside is perfect after such a hearty dinner. Well, the chocolate tartlet is my favorite. The service also deserves special praise!! A very nice girl, she told me everything about the dishes and was very attentive. I highly recommend you to visit. There are not many good places in Minsk where everything is done stylishly, with taste and without flashy pathos.

The atmosphere is simply magical: cozy, stylish, but without pathos. The play of light, comfortable seats, pleasant music in the background (not loud, you can talk) — you feel like a welcome guest, you want to relax and forget about time. And you can write odes about the kitchen! Everything is very tasty, honest and sincere. The portions are pleasing, the serving is beautiful, but the main thing is the taste itself. It feels like the food is fresh, and the chefs love their job. We liked absolutely everything we ordered. Thank you for a wonderful evening. My heart (and stomach) say an unequivocal "yes"! The place (interior) is amazing! You really feel comfortable and cozy, despite the fact that you are surrounded by discreet luxury in every detail. But I can't join in the excitement about the kitchen and the bar. Steamed bread... Bread is like bread. One of the three types turned out to be simply "oak", wounding the tongue and gums. Pates for bread... all three types upset and did not save the bread. Starters... The salads and beef tartare were delicious and interesting. There's no denying it. Hot dishes... If Katsudon is still normal, then beef steak was a disaster. It consisted of two miniature "trimmings" from a standard piece of meat steak, complemented by a tablespoon of mashed potatoes and half a plate of greens. And the desserts... Of the three types, only the Tokyo banana was eaten with pleasure. The "Japanese cotton cheesecake" felt like a dry bun in my throat, and the "Mooncake" tasted like grass in the filling, rather than the declared exotic fruits. Drinks... I'd rather keep quiet. The pitch is a failure, the taste is mediocre. In general, no one from our company left satisfied. If we recommend it, it's only for a trip for the atmosphere, but not for the kitchen.

I visited the new GAIJIN bistro I want to tell you this. The atmosphere in it is interesting and bright. When you come in, well, wow. And then you go on… And there is no such thing... comfort, coziness. Well, it's kind of cold. I don't know, I wasn't very comfortable. We ordered porridge with shrimp and quail egg. I was confused by the concept, dishes from different cuisines are mixed together, but as they say, you chase two hares, you won't catch one. Against the background of a rapidly developing and competitive environment, this is just a three. Having read, as it turns out later, excessive flattery, we were preparing for dinner in a new bistro in advance and, having booked a table, we were asked to choose a special option, because the reason was weighty, but the administrator, to our great regret, considered that the table near the toilet and exit would be special. Well, what exactly is he wrong about? But this did not become a big problem, because the interior of the establishment is really impressive: ten out of ten, every corner is thought out to the smallest detail, against the background of Belarusian brutalism it is a breath of fresh air, everything looks very noble and stylish. But that was the end of the positive impressions. There were a lot of questions about the kitchen, except for the speed: the dishes were served very quickly, as if they were already languishing under the lamp while we were still flirting with the waiters. I didn't like absolutely anything that the bistro offered, but it's a matter of taste. We tried to take at least one item from each category in the menu, but we didn't get into any of them. Alas and ah. The staff is still very "green", although it is clear that they are trying very hard, and it would be fair to divide the total check into one and a half or two, because well, it's not worth it. I can't say that the evening or the occasion was ruined, but it wasn't entirely clear where all this hype came from, unless it was artificially created. Perhaps it would be wiser to give the funds allocated for the advertisement of kokobai to the boss, so that he would try a little harder. Imho. The institution needs to be rehabilitated as soon as possible, because there is no time for recovery anymore.

Neither Japan nor Europe understand the concept. We tried the salty truffle ramen, overdid the truffle, and there are not enough traditional toppings. I don't say anything about tuna sashimi at all - tuna is not suitable, and it is also not thawed in the best way. I didn't want to try anything else. For now, it's worth focusing on improving the kitchen, rather than arguing with customers who know the kitchen better ;).
