A saleswoman with beautiful pink hair decided to be rude and offered to go to the manufacturing city of the product (St. Petersburg) themselves. I hope you feel better. It's a pity that you don't know the simple rules of etiquette for communicating with strangers, and in this situation, with your potential customers. I'll never visit you again after this. Be polite, not everyone needs your invaluable advice to travel to Russia. Better yet, keep an eye on the price tags in the store :)
