Nice little sports club. A boxing/martial arts gym and the actual gym itself. There are quite a lot of people, but there are no queues for exercise equipment. There are enough free scales and benches. It's a pity there's no glute bridge simulator, which means you have to use a Smith, but otherwise everything is fine!

I went to this gym for a year and was very satisfied. Cozy, friendly staff, a sufficient number of exercise equipment. After the renovation, it's generally a beauty. If I hadn't moved, I would have continued to walk. I studied with coach Ruslan. He supplied me with the technique and made sure that it was done correctly. Almost every class had new exercises/combinations of exercises, so I didn't get bored with training. I am satisfied with the result - I calmly gained several kg of muscles and forgot about back pain from sedentary work. The figure has also changed for the better. Ruslan knows a lot of all sorts of tricks in order for the buttocks to grow, not the hips. In general, I recommend it.

I love this gym, the pleasant atmosphere, the coaches are good, there is Parking, the prices are reasonable! I also go to boxing with Askhat, a trainer who trains professionals! a decent room!
