We stayed at the hotel for a few days. The design of the rooms is very cozy. The room is small, everything is well organized. There is a desk, an armchair. There was a terrace with a table in our room. The shower in the bathroom is not very comfortable, it's bad that there is no door in the shower and all the water flows far through the bathroom. There is shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes and pastes. The second room we lived in smelled strongly of sewage 🤢 The mattress was quite hard, there were 2 pillows to choose from. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a Playground and parking. You can go outside and sit and drink coffee. The breakfast was weak, they take it out ready on a plate, there are treasured products. There is a very nice blonde girl working at the reception. She helped with all the questions and was very friendly. Her presence overcame all the disadvantages ♥️ Nearby there is a tram stop, a train station and a taxi stop, a shopping center and a territory with museums.

We flew here for treatment and stayed for 15 days. We really liked it here — I can confidently recommend this place 100%. The reception staff is very nice and friendly, always ready to listen and consider all your requests. You feel at home. There is a park nearby, everything is within walking distance. You can sit and drink tea in the kitchen. They recently had a renovation, and due to the replacement of the door, we had to move to another room for one day. As an apology for the inconvenience, we were complimented. And, you know, when you are treated with such respect, these inconveniences become completely invisible. Separately, I would like to note that everything is thought out for children here too: there is a park and even a golf course. Our son wasn 't bored at all 😊 I would also like to mention the cleaning — everything is done very clean and tidy. Lovely and kind women work, Emine and Eminu (they even have similar names). We were very satisfied!

Excellent hotel, polite, kind staff. Cleanliness is 10+ excellent location, near a shopping center. Beautiful garden, this is a museum hotel. Tea, coffee, water are all free 24/7. I advise everyone to have a 100% guarantee of everything that is written!
