I ordered flowers for delivery. I chose a bouquet from the options offered by the seller. I was choosing a bouquet between the first and second photos. We made a completely different bouquet (photo 3). Also, the postcard, in my opinion, does not match the bouquet in terms of color scheme at all. Before sending the bouquet through the courier, photos of the bouquet were not sent, although before that, photos were always sent in other stores before shipment. The seller is not contacting us. Why write that they will make a bouquet, as in the photo, but in fact a completely different bouquet?!
