For 2 weeks, my laptop was simply examined under a microscope to find something to find fault with and deny the warranty. It is unclear why it was not possible to report this earlier. Repairs of non-warranty cases are not carried out at all. When asked what to do, the consultant told me to give it to a paid repair, but then the factory warranty will no longer be valid, I need to call the service center and find out where I can make this repair at all. Why doesn't the staff know who their service center is working with? I wanted to buy myself a good laptop, I bought it specially in the store, but in the end, with this approach, I could just order online and get the same thing.
