It's a great store. I bought a refrigerator and a washing machine, they brought it the next day, and also lifted it to the 4th floor for 18 rubles, unpacked, consulted. Great job. So far, everything is working fine

A disgusting store, and employees who mislead, dear customers, when ordering goods in installments, be careful when signing contracts, at the exit the payment is much higher than indicated when buying goods in installments... When you place an order on the store's website, everything is clear and transparent there. But in the store in Grichev, unscrupulous staff and a LOAN officer Olga!!!! Thank you very much!!!! The 5th Element Customer Support Center helped us deal with the current situation and reviewed the loan terms.

I made an online order for my mom!!They cancel an online order and suspend services, according to the type of warranty, etc. As a result: instead of 560p, mom paid 705p (including deducted bonuses of 20+rubles). Before that, I made an online order for my dad, it was also canceled and instead of the ordered equipment of one brand, other equipment was crammed in. Stop messing with people's brains and give them their order, which has already been formed and approved!!!
