We bought a kitfort KT-2047 toaster from your store, an excellent budget toaster that fully justifies its price. The bread roasts evenly, has 5 power modes and a convenient crumb tray. Stylish design, compact, but very light. The first couple of times there was a smell of plastic, then it passed. I recommend it for quick breakfasts.

A very strange visiting experience. I came to pick up an online order, a simple phone for work (Android). From the very beginning, the service left an unpleasant aftertaste. There were a lot of people in the department, and three employees went with me just to give me a phone number — it was confusing. Instead of just making a purchase, the consultant began to actively impose services: protective glass, extended warranty, and so on. They started pressing my refusal with questions like "why don't you?", giving frightening examples of what would happen if the phone broke down, and so on. Such an obsessive attitude is very annoying when you have no desire to overpay. But the most unpleasant thing is the disregard after payment. The phone was opened in front of me for verification (which is a plus), but it was packed back into the box just like that, without even sealing it. When asked about the package, they said to buy separately. Bottom line: I bought a simple phone, and left the store with an unsecured box in my hands. It feels like a customer is not welcome here unless they have bought a mountain of accessories. Please teach employees how to communicate with customers correctly, not to impose services, or at least to do it competently!

I would like to express my gratitude for the POLARIS hair dryer, which I received as a gift from my husband. Choosing a manufacturer of household appliances for our family was simple, as we have been using other household appliances from this manufacturer for a long time, namely a juicer and an electric kettle, there were no complaints about the operation of these devices. It's important to me that the colors and paint layers don't mix. When doing the drawing, in order to save time, I turn on the hair dryer and the work goes quickly, the paint does not spread. I fix the images with varnish and dry the drawing with cold air. We are planning to renovate the kitchen, and we are thinking about buying a POLARIS dishwasher.
