I was buying earrings for my wife as a gift, and it turned out to be a factory defect on the earring lock. I either threw the check away or lost it. I arrived at the store a week later, explained the situation, to be honest, I thought they would send me to hell without a receipt, but to my pleasant surprise, they issued a refund in 5 minutes without any problems and offered me to choose any jewelry for the full price. Definitely 5 stars, large chain stores have finally started to appear.
