I wanted to place an order, I was interested in the delivery issue, the website says "check with the manager". I wrote in a telegram, and they answered in 4 hours. Actually, this is customer orientation and the struggle for the client. It's a pity. P.S. if, suddenly, someone from the management reads and wonders: "So why didn't anyone call, that's what you should have done." Remember that there are people with disabilities who can only communicate by correspondence.

They don't know how to communicate with clients. If you are lucky and you get through, then you will most likely be sent. The issue with the heated towel rail, which is under warranty, was not even taken into consideration.
