I came to Tatiana for a basal highlighting. I have a natural light blonde base. Before the procedure, I clearly warned the master that I DID NOT NEED toning. Moreover, I explained that my hair does not react well to toning compounds and often acquires an undesirable yellow tint. Tatiana assured me that there would be no tinting. Already during the procedure, I began to be alarmed by the actions not before the master. The lightening powder stayed on my hair much longer than with any other coloring I've had before. Instead of washing off the already lightened areas in a timely manner, the master wiped them with wet wipes, further injuring the already sensitive strands. I saw that the hair was already white and white on the foil. When the composition was washed off, another solution was applied to my hair. At the same time, the master said that it was not tinting. However, after the procedure, I noticed a strange yellow tint. The next day, in daylight, it became obvious that the hair had acquired a pronounced yellow-green color. I immediately contacted the master and sent him a video shot in natural light. In response, I was advised to just wash my hair at home with regular shampoo. After washing, I was in for a real shock. About 30% of my hair was literally burned off. The hair broke, fluffed, stuck out in different directions, lost density, volume and elasticity. The hair that I had been carefully growing for four years turned into a damaged mass, a faded, dull mouse tail, in one visit. My hair color has turned a dirty yellow-green shade that I've never had in my life. And I paid 450 GEL for all this. For the ruined blonde, for the damaged hair structure, for the loss of a significant part of the density and for the months of recovery that now lie ahead of me, and the broken hair will grow back for years. Instead of a beautiful result, I got stress, tears, and the need to urgently look for other specialists to somehow fix the consequences of this work. When I tried to discuss the problem and find a solution, instead of support and professional responsibility, I was faced with rudeness, accusations and complete denial of the obvious. They started telling me that everything was fine after the salon, but what happened next had nothing to do with the master. After that, I had to go to other salons. In one salon, they refused to carry out any procedures for me, as the condition of my hair was considered critical. They explained to me that the hair structure is seriously damaged and any additional impact can lead to even greater hair loss. In another salon, the craftsmen worked for several hours to fix the situation. They did hair reconstruction and a special cleansing procedure that removed the yellow-green tint. It was then that it finally became clear that my hair was tinted after all, despite my direct prohibition and the promise of the master not to do this, and a direct deception, because until the last she lied that she did not tint me, but simply tried to hide the consequences of severe hair discoloration. The craftsmen had to literally untangle and comb my hair for several hours because it was badly damaged, thinned and tangled. Several experts independently confirmed the severe damage to the hair, and that the hair was burned, and that it could not have been done by an adequate master, everyone was shocked from before and after! But what struck me most was the reaction of this non-master. Everyone makes mistakes. Any specialist can face a difficult situation. But the professional recognizes the problem, apologizes, and tries to help the client. Here, I was faced with deception, rudeness, indifference, and a complete refusal to take responsibility for the consequences of my work. Today I continue to spend money on hair restoration. I'm under a lot of stress and cry every time I look at what my hair has turned into, which I've been growing and caring for for four years. In one visit, they destroyed not only the color, but also the quality of my hair, which I had been cultivating for years. I came to the salon with beautiful hair in an expensive blonde, and left with my hair burned and broken off by 30%, dull, yellow-green. This is the worst coloring experience of my life. If you value your hair, your money, your time and your nerves, avoid this salon.

I do not recommend master Tatiana (@kashubapro_hair). I came to her for the usual monthly coloring: it was necessary to lighten the roots (they grew only 1 cm) and tinted into a cold blonde. Before that, I went to another master and everything was perfect. As a result, she left Tatiana with a completely damaged head. She simply overlaid the roots, leaving a bright reddish-yellow stripe, and covered the entire length with dirty gray-purple spots, although I had a clean, beautiful blonde BEFORE. Instead of properly acknowledging the mistake and returning the money, some kind of circus began. At first, she sent huge abstruse texts from the Internet, trying to blame my hair and its "history." Then she offered to redo it, BUT only if I sign the paper (!) that I agree with the risk of breakage and damage. Naturally, I did not sign such sentences to my hair. When I refused to take the risk and asked for a refund, Tatiana turned on deafness mode altogether: she ignored all the arguments and started showering me with hearts in the style of "Dianochka, come on, let's do a light wash with love." He refuses to return the money for the damaged hair (350 GEL is a decent amount). Therefore, I sent a complaint to the relevant authorities, which I advise her clients to whom she ruined their hair (and judging by the reviews, there are such).
