We were a group of 5 people on June 26. The pre-order was made in advance via Instagram, where the prices and menu were confirmed to us. In fact, it's a complete disappointment and a disgraceful service. Let's start with the kitchen: almost half of the menu is simply missing. Of the five pizzas, only three could be made. A 35—ruble pizza is the size of a palm, and a 280-gram salad consists of one Peking cabbage and a couple of pieces of meat. There is no Gamekeeper in the bar, and only two types of Alivaria were offered for bottling. A separate story with a hookah is that they told us the price on Instagram, and on the spot the waitress said that they had not had hookahs for a long time and it was unknown when they would be. Why mislead when pre-ordering? The atmosphere in the bar is a separate nightmare. They turned on the deafening "granny" music for dancing by the same company, which is why we couldn't hear each other at our table and had to shout. There are no questions about the waitress's work, she was polite. But the administration's communication on social media after the visit is an extreme degree of rudeness and rudeness. In response to my story that the evening was ruined, instead of apologizing and trying to make amends, the institution's account began to turn personal. They wrote to me that I "lack upbringing" and that "I need to be at least my mother" so that I have the right to express my opinion. As soon as the management ran out of arguments, I was simply blocked, cowardly deleting my own messages. When you need to answer a case, the administration is silent for days, but they manage to be rude to the guests without pauses. It used to be delicious and peaceful here. Now it's a pig's attitude towards visitors who pay you money. The only place in his hometown where he could go was turned into a low-grade institution. Don't set foot in here anymore on principle.
