On October 2, 2024, I wanted to drink coffee and looked into this outlet. She clarified whether there was coffee (because advertising does not always correspond to reality), however, the conversation did not go well, the seller communicated with undisguised irritation, reacted verbatim to the remark about an inappropriate manner of communication: "how tired I am of you all" and continued in a haughty tone to the demand to provide a book of complaints and suggestions: "what, they're all smart, but they don't know that the complaint book has been canceled." Why does a person work in the service sector who does not know how and does not want to communicate with people, not only kindly, but at least tolerantly? I ask you to train this employee in the culture of communication and, if necessary, apply financial penalties.
