Этот приют был построен по моему обращению к Акиму города Салимову Ермаку Бидахметовичу, который меня посетил 03.09.2017 году. Так, как приют четыре Лапы плюс, который находился в районе первых дачь посёлка Восточный. Находился в неудобном месте, мешал жителям дачи. Где было около ста собак и пятьдесят кошек. Собаки жили в будках, которые были разбитые, не было воды и не было еды.
