This shelter was built at my request to the Mayor of the city, Ermak Bidakhmetovich Salimov, who visited me on 03.09.2017. So, like the four Paws plus shelter, which was located in the area of the first dachas of the village of Vostochny. He was in an inconvenient place, interfering with the residents of the cottage. There were about a hundred dogs and fifty cats. The dogs lived in booths that were broken down, there was no water and there was no food.
