Store employees (especially cashiers) are not the first to say hello, they rarely respond to greetings (if they just keep silent without looking in your direction, you can say it's lucky, or they can make a disgruntled or angry face at the same time), they ask for the bonus card every other time. They may look at the basket with your goods with disgust (they say are you serious? Do I have to break through all this?). Knowledgeable people explained that it turns out that such behavior of the staff is in the order of things, because they have such a level of upbringing / intelligence and advised them to simply ignore it. And of course, the weak work of the customer service quality control service or its complete absence plays a role. The situation is similar with the Sun Bakery next door (the same chain). Don't set foot in there anymore, and my advice to the rest of you is to stay away from these stores.
