Great guys! We rented an electric scooter and a bicycle for a trip around Belovezhskaya Pushcha. They picked up the transport for us individually, gave us a trial ride to see if it was convenient or not. In addition, they showed the route of Belovezhskaya Pushcha on the map, and told us what was where. A very sincere young man. The transport is cool. The electric scooter lasted 4 hours)) The bike has a phone mount and was offered a bag. The place itself is a 3-minute drive from the entrance to Belovezhskaya Pushcha.

My wife and I rented two bicycles from Alexander: an electric one and a simple mechanical one. We were going to have a six-day run. Alexander picked up the bikes well, explained everything. The bikes and all the equipment were new and of good quality. When we were already on the route, he called from time to time, asking how we were doing. On the third day, a camera puncture occurred on the drive wheel of the electric bike. It was difficult for us to repair the damage ourselves. At that moment, we were already 150 km away from the start. Alexander arrived, changed our camera, and drove us to our hotel. And all this for a reasonable price. When our route ended, Alexander came to pick up the bikes already 350 km away. We parted like old acquaintances. Alexander is a very positive and friendly person.

The place is top. We arrived with a group of 7 people, we picked up bicycles for everyone according to height and weight, even advised them on routes and showed them how cool it is possible to ride. Excellent rental of everything) I found it on the map as an alternative to renting from Belovezhskaya Pushcha itself, as a result, there was no limit to my delight, because instead of scrap metal on wheels, which BP rents, in this wonderful place, we were offered premium Dutch Gazelle bicycles, at a cost lower than the consumer bikes from BP. We had a great time, it's a pleasure to ride these bikes. I would like to note the hospitality, responsiveness and goodwill of the staff (or owners) of this rental point. We talked a little bit after the lease was completed, and decided that if we returned, we would rent a kayak next time. Good luck and business prosperity to the guys, greetings from Moscow!

I want to thank Tourfest for the excellent organization of our vacation! 07/08/25 we ordered a kayaking trip for my husband and me and three kids, everyone got a lot of pleasant impressions and a lot of positive emotions! After the rafting, we decided to go on a bike ride to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, and we decided to take transport from Tourfest as well. Naturally, the kids chose an electric rickshaw with a front seat for passengers. I took a Gazzele bike for myself. Tourfest helped us with the route planning. The total length was more than 35 km. This route took more than 5 hours, with all the stops, snacks and photos. There are a lot of pleasant impressions from the walk! Everyone is thrilled! The bike is super! And electric rickshaw is just our love!!! It is very convenient and comfortable to have seat belts, the charge would be enough for a couple more such walks, the children screamed with pleasure! This day was unforgettable for us! Thank you guys so much for your organization, support and vigilance (during the trip through the Forest, they called and asked if everything was okay), we will definitely come back to you!!!

Beautiful! 6 out of 5, definitely. We chose it based on the reviews here. We didn't spare a single second. We took two beautiful Dutch bicycles, in excellent condition, serviced, clean, and felt like they were brand new. Gears switch easily and without problems. Riding on asphalt in the Forest is a pure thrill! Light, rolling, beautiful) Guys who give out great, very pleasant, polite and understanding. The bikes gave it a try, and they set it up for us. They told us in detail about the routes, pleased us with unusual recommendations, and shared the right places to visit. We spent almost 10 hours in the Forest, and had a lot of fun, largely due to the excellent bikes and the thrill of the trip itself. We were also willingly recommended a place to spend the night in a tent near the Forest, it really turned out to be great there! After the trip, we forgot a small but valuable item in the trunk. They realized it already in St. Petersburg. The rental staff got into the situation and got confused, sent the item by mail. For this, I would like to thank you very much. One of the goals of the trip to Belarus was to ride along Belovezhskaya Pushcha with the whole family on bicycles along a Long route with a visit to Santa Claus (27 km) We first came to BP, looked at their range of bikes, then went here to compare and chose this rental. We took 4 adults (2 adults + 2 children aged 14) bicycles + a trailer for a child of 6 years old, in 4 hours we managed the route with rest stops, photos and just enjoy the silence. One of the best places to rent bicycles, electric bicycles, etc. can be pre-booked through the website. We didn't book, so we came and took it. There was a friend in our company who practically did not know how to ride (and we ourselves were far from being professionals either) - they treated us with great attention, picked up comfortable bicycles for a long time, gave us trunks for things, told us in detail about the route through the forest, and gave us a lot of excellent advice. On Saturday, we participated in a kayaking trip — a great adventure, the route was chosen wisely, the instructors were attentive and positive. We spent the whole weekend at the Campsite 👍🏻 On the first day there was kayaking, we got high from the heart! We applied for bike rental in the forest. They took city bikes (and there didn't seem to be any others, if not electric ones). The bikes are very worn out, and the rental price is higher. It's better to go to the forest and get newer bikes, and it will be cheaper. The threads of the seat clamps were eaten out of our specimens, and the saddle simply slid off. The owners of this organization do not seem to be aware that not all trails in the forest are paved and dirt and forest trails have appeared for a long time, respectively, they simply laughed at the request to give out a bike "more aggressively", assuring them that where you are going to ride, there is only asphalt. It was also funny to hear stories about a lantern for 100 euros, which they threatened, they say, do not break. God forbid these bikes cost so much there. I don't recommend it.

Since there is no gearshift, which is not unimportant when climbing or accelerating downhill. Also, bike maintenance is carried out, perhaps once a season, and it will not be fun to break down somewhere in Tsarskaya polyana (although I did not observe this, but still), here I was sure to check the bikes right before departure, and Sergei explained in detail the road with fabulous landscapes and places. We tried kayaking with a friend for the first time. We were very satisfied! We enjoyed nature and got a boost of energy, good impressions from this day will stay for a long time). The whole family is delighted!!! For many years now, they have moved from tents and hikes to rest with the sea and palm trees, or so that for milking a cow they let her down and gave her a tug on her tit..... And here is beauty!!! Very big +++ that floated by themselves. No one drove in the neck. My wife and son completed the route in 3.5 hours and squished in the river waiting for us. And my daughter and I spent more than 4 hours. She was interested in every dragonfly. It is very easy and comfortable to swim. Of the cons, I can't write until we go again. There is nothing to compare it with. Yes!!! Very friendly and pleasant guys!!! Complete relaxation. PS. By the way, here you can rent bicycles and electric scooters at a discount for those who rafted. But the prices for them are very pleasant even without a discount!!! Thanks for the weekend!!!
