Great play area, our daughter really enjoys the place. Tasty and fun drinks. Friendly staff. We’ve been there four times already. However, today we were very disappointed: we entered the play area at 18:15 and went to pay at 19:16, but we were already charged for a second hour, even though the kids were already downstairs by the tables. Our attempt to explain the situation failed. Of course, we paid, but it left a bitter aftertaste.
