I took Spark for a Charvak-Chimgan day ride. There are no questions about the service - they themselves offered to bring the car to the hotel (a couple of km from their office) and pick it up from there without any additional charges. The machine is OK, fresh, slightly tweaked periodically, but acceptable (although they could have warned about it). Also, the car had a third tank of gasoline, not a full one - it was difficult to guess how much to fill without knowing the actual consumption. Casco type insurance is not included in the price - you must pay extra separately. The most interesting part started with the deposit. When choosing a rental, my first question was: will you be able to return the deposit to the Russian card (we flew out of the country in a day). The guys said there was no problem, so I chose them from several options. As a result: I transferred 20,000₽ of the deposit to their card. They promised to return it in a week, but they delayed it for 5 days (and then after regular reminders) and returned 17,500₽. That is, minus $30, which is even more than the rental amount for the day. They argued for commissions and conversion. It's a little expensive, x2 - be careful.

Well, thanks to these guys. We went skiing in Amersoy. I ordered a car in advance , and they brought it to the airport . The car is new, the mileage is about 18k, everything works, even the Velcro tires in the mountains are normal. I rented it there at the airport, we just arrived and left it, the guys picked up the car themselves. Thanks, I'll keep the number.

I am very disappointed with the service. I contacted you in advance, discussed all the details of renting a Cobalt car, and clarified the possibility of delivering the car by 7 a.m. We confirmed in correspondence that everything was in effect. The contract was sent, and communication was going well. However, late in the evening, just a few hours before the agreed time, I was informed that they would not be able to rent the car — the previous client decided to extend the lease, and the company did not have a single available car left. As a result, all plans were disrupted, time was wasted and there was a complete lack of responsibility on the part of the rental company. There wasn't even an apology after the fact. I don't recommend it. If it is important for you to receive the service on time and by agreement, look for a more reliable rental.
