Masterhouse Ravda. This place is a disgrace, the stuff is extremely Rude, unhelpful.Everyone is hiding, pretending working and actually chatting to colleagues. If you dare to ask you will get half a reply, or will be diverted to another colleague of theirs . I been going there for a month with my British husband and today was the last time we shop and spend money there. I even complained to the msnager …. I wont even comment on his attitude either as no point .They have a lot to learn about what customer service means . They are clueless, arogant , rude people . The manager didn’t give me the confidence that anything can be done to change their way of dealing with customers. One star is even too much ….
