We went to Cava la Pechy (Zelenaya Gavan quarter, Kolodishchi) — and now this is our favorite place nearby! The pizza is simply amazing: crispy crust, lots of toppings, everything is very tasty. We were pleased with the fresh desserts — we took tiramisu, it turned out to be an ideal addition to the fragrant, perfectly brewed coffee. Everything is top notch: the food, the atmosphere, and the service. We will definitely come back for new gastronomic experiences — I strongly advise you to take a look too!

A very soulful little coffee shop in The Green Harbor. I've been here for the first time, but definitely not for the last time. Everything is done here with love - both cooks and baristas. Pizza from the oven is just a cannon, moderately greasy, and not as usual - a liter of oil. The chefs are pleasant young people, thank them for such a delicious business. We were at Cava la Pechy by chance, and now this place is in a heart on the map. It's incredibly soulful here. The name is fully justified: the kava is really "la pechy" — hot, fragrant, real. But I would like to say a special thanks to barista Lola. This is not just a man at a coffee machine, but a real keeper of the kava mood. Unfortunately, so far there is only one coffee shop in the residential complex, it was 10+ times, coffee, tea, mulled wine, at 8/10. But the staff's work rate is just disgusting. When ordering Americano + tea (we went in winter), the wait for drinks was about 15 minutes, there was only one pair in front of us. 15 minutes to make Americano and tea, you still need to be able to do it. And so every time you go in, if there are 2-3 people in the cafe, you can safely go on as the wait will be 15-20 minutes))) no negativity, but the problem is big with the speed of work, perhaps the guys were incorrectly trained and the banal preparation of simple drinks takes more than 5 minutes. The only thing that saves the coffee shop is the lack of competitors in the residential complex.

And the barista girl spoke very rudely, for example, to a simple question I received an arrogant answer "of course!". And so it is all the time. Unfortunately, this is the only place in the Green Harbor where you can take coffee with you, the last 5 visits (since January 2026) are as disappointing as possible. I tried pizza only once, it was burnt and with a minimum of toppings, so I chose an alternative place for myself and just didn't order it anymore, although I had taken a pizza from Alexander before (I'm not sure if he still works there, judging by the quality), and was satisfied. But the work of a barista is simply terrifying!!! If you want to take coffee with you, and even more so in the evening or on weekends, be prepared for the fact that you will be served for at least half an hour, which is surprising, because the area is not yet densely populated.… At the same time, these girls at the checkout don't have the slightest understanding of how to work with people and just saying "hello" or "please wait" is alien to them. Customers are ignored as much as possible, I have repeatedly noticed eye-rolling and other disrespectful attitude towards guests. Management should think about recruiting staff or, at least, train employees. Today they just left without ordering anything! There are no questions about the quality of the drinks.

When you opened, everything was fine, but now the staff and the quality of cooking have deteriorated extremely — this is the opinion of many residents.
