The best exchange office in Belgrade: payment for services, bills, receipts, sending to Russia via the SBP, cryptocurrency exchange, currency exchange (the euro exchange rate is average in the city), Zolotaya Korona, Unistream, KwickPay — in English, Serbian, sometimes well understood in Russian :) Everything always works, so if you want to receive and pay for something for sure, then it's better here. Well, they also have a sticky collection of banknotes from various countries :)
