This is the only pharmacy that sells medicines that are not registered in Serbia, and that's what people are behind, and it's famous throughout Belgrade. If you don't like the queue, go to neighboring BiH or Croatia for medicine - do you think it will be faster than standing in line? If you need the most common medicine, go to any other pharmacy, and this one is only needed for special cases.

Payment in cash only I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. There is a pleasant woman working at the pharmacy in a good mood, she knows Russian. It is clear that he is trying to do everything as fast as he can She asked everyone who was standing in the pharmacy what medicines we needed. She immediately said whether they were there or not and named the amount. Then she asked someone in the back room to prepare them. When it was my turn, my medicines were already at the checkout. She gets a call every 3 minutes asking for medications, so the queue doesn't move as fast. I arrived on Tuesday at 13:00. There were about 12 people in front of me. It took me 35 minutes to wait.
