On April 11, we bought my husband a SMD trike tricycle (I wanted to please my head).They brought it in the form of a semi-Lego constructor (the wheels are screwed on, I don't dispute that, but I had to do everything else myself, although the assembly was paid for and included in the installment plan).It immediately became clear that something was wrong here-charging for 15 hours, after 5 km of movement drops to 50%. My husband really hoped that a longer charge would fix the situation.It didn't help.The tricycle rode 5 meters, stopped to rest and rode again.On April 17, we submitted a request for troubleshooting (No. 2174), they contacted us after 4 business days and began recommending that we "pull the wiring", etc., etc.Since this did not help, on May 23, the tricycle was finally taken to a service center for quality control and repair.They didn't tell us what they did with it, but they returned it 3 weeks later.Now he's twitching like a paralytic, it's not possible to drive.On June 20, I wrote a new application (No. 2817).My husband has been talking with Alexey for two days (who sort of organized the previous "repair"), today he couldn't stand it and said that his wife (I) had prepared an official complaint with the help of the Consumer Protection Society, to which he heard "At least go to court," although they promised to pick up "for repairs this week." Result:we have already paid almost 60% of the lease payment, and you can only take pictures with the tricycle. The warranty period has been reduced by 2.5 months.Well, I don't like it when people are rude for our own money.By the way, this is my first negative review-I usually leave it just as a negative experience and don't put it on public display.If the management wants to understand the situation, the phone numbers are indicated in the applications.
