The hotel is 75,000 tugr for 1800 rubles. The condition is terrible, rooms, beds, mattresses with protruding springs. There are no soap and towels. There is no ventilation to breathe. I strongly advise against it

It's dirty, bed linen is taken from other rooms, and dirty ones are laid in place of those.
