Good in general, except the old lady at check-in in Sheremetyevo didn't know that my country doesn't need a schengen visa to enter Europe, and I really had to convince her that is indeed the case. She had to ask her phone voice assistant about it. Even though it could have easily given her a wrong answer. Then, she sent my carry-on bag to the luggage roll by mistake, without any tag. And also blamed me for it because I was "distracting her with my discussions", even though I was just explaining to her that I don't need a visa for schengen countries. It took some time but later the carry-on was retrieved, but that was a very bad experience and it lost me some time here, could have missed my flight because of it.

Disgusting Company! My flight from Sarajevo to Belgrade on 01/07/2023 was canceled by the airline! The company provided a bus to Belgrade in return. At the moment, the company's position is "Providing a bus is tantamount to air transport"! Receiving monetary compensation or vouchers - denied! Try to bypass the Fraudulent Company.

We flew with this airline on 11/27/2024 on the route St. Petersburg-Belgrade-Barcelona. We managed to buy tickets for six months under the promotion, 36 tons for two with luggage for the entire route, which can be said - almost "thank you". I can't say anything bad at all, the flights took off without delay, the luggage arrived safely, and our suitcase was given out one of the first, the planes are new and clean, the flight attendants are positive and courteous. On the St. Petersburg-Belgrade flight, there was a lot of space between the seats (2 palms fit in front of the knees). They gave me drinking water and something like a sandwich (I refused). I liked everything.

We were planning a trip to Belgrade with my husband, and the choice fell on a direct flight from Moscow to AirSerbia. The price tag was high, but we decided to pay for our comfort and a 3-hour one-way flight. Only after buying expensive tickets (it cost 2,400€ for two round trips) I decided to read the reviews and was horrified: overbooking, constant delays, loss / damage regarding luggage, boorish attitude of flight attendants, "tired" sides, inability to check in in Moscow, etc. All this made us anxious before the flight, we couldn't believe that for such money it could be like this. We decided to share an honest review after the trip. In short, we seem to have gotten lucky 😅 Flight there: everything was on time, the seats at the check-in desk were good, they even offered free of charge at the emergency exit (more legroom), but since I'm in position, I'm not supposed to. The luggage arrived safely, everything was received quickly. The flight was comfortable, although the plane was small and not the newest. The flight attendants were polite. Return flight: online check-in (it's a pity that free seats are a random choice of the system, but we were lucky and we were sitting next to each other), a 1.5-hour delay in departure, because due to heavy snowfall, we waited a long time for the return from snow and icing. After that, the flight was quiet, and we quickly received a whole bag at Sheremetyevo. Bottom line: yes, for that kind of money, I would like newer planes and better food (they gave me incomprehensible sandwiches and a small bottle of water each, but coffee / tea / snacks could be purchased for a fee, which is strange considering, again, the cost of tickets), but the reality is that. But a direct three-hour flight, if not greatly delayed. So you can fly, but without waiting and be prepared that such a price tag is only for a fast direct flight. By the way, one of the advantages: if you suddenly entered incorrect data (name, date of birth, passport) when buying tickets, then they will be changed for you free of charge and promptly through support (e-mail). For most vehicles, this is a paid service.

A disgusting airline with the worst service possible for your money. She flew on a flight from Moscow to Belgrade on April 21, 2026 with a child, while the ticket cost more than 50,000 rubles per person. So in the cabin of the plane, they refuse to sell anything to Russian people who do not have a bank card from other countries. The airline offers only a tiny 200 g bottle of water and a dry sandwich for free - that's all that is included in the flight for 50,000+ rubles, and then the company offers an assortment of goods on board: tea, coffee, sandwiches and sandwiches, but they won't sell you anything! I had cash with me: euros and dinars, but they don't accept cash either! A Russian bank's bank card is also not accepted! Russian russians are served by this poorhouse, the plane was flying from Russia to Serbia, and it's natural that more than half of the people on board are Russians, but they don't sell money to Russian people on board: they don't accept cash, and a Russian bank card is under sanctions. First I bought tickets, and then I read the reviews and was very worried about how we would fly! But I worried in vain! We flew in transit, not a single delay, everything was on time! The luggage arrived in Moscow and we didn't lose anything! The pilots took off perfectly and landed perfectly! Unlimited water and sandwiches were distributed on board! Good service, courteous staff. I flew from Moscow to Belgrade and from Belgrade to Sofia. Due to the technical problems of the aircraft departing for Sofia, the aircraft was replaced very quickly and everything was explained in an accessible way. The delay was minimal.

Since there are practically no options for Russians to fly to Europe right now, AirSerbia has set terrible flight prices. For the flight Moscow-Belgrade-Moscow (lasts 3.30 one way) you have to pay 100 thousand rubles in economy class! By the way, there is no special point in taking a business for almost three times more expensive - absolutely the same kresa (3 + 3), only the curtain is closed and the food is served according to the menu. A bottle (0.2) of water and a sandwich are provided for economy class. There were no problems with the flight from Moscow, but it was a whole story going back. Each suitcase is opened and checked for the presence of prohibited substances. You go through the baggage inspection several times - the last one immediately before boarding the plane, when you need to take off your outerwear again, put things on the introscope, etc. It's a whole story to go to the toilet from this "clean in a clean" area - you only need to go out with your hand luggage and then go through the inspection again. As a result, the flight took off an hour later.

I read negative reviews about delays, flight cancellations, and baggage losses before takeoff, and I was terribly scared. I flew from Moscow to Amsterdam with a transfer in Belgrade, it was very disturbing, because the transfer was only an hour, and in Belgrade I still had to print out the second boarding pass at the counter. The woman who flew with me convinced me that I definitely wouldn't make it to the second plane, there were always crowds at the counters, everyone was doing everything very slowly, and the plane itself might take off later. As a result, one of the most positive experiences of flying, and I fly often! I was very surprised. The airline staff worked very quickly and efficiently, immediately dividing the passengers into groups: who has seats in the back, in the middle, at the beginning of the plane. They launched strictly in turn, as a result, no one pushed or stood in the aisle, everyone quickly sat down, the plane took off and landed on time! I ran headlong to the ticket printing desk, but it turned out to be free, there were no queues or crowds of people, they printed everything out in 2 seconds. I have half an hour left before my next flight! I managed to buy water, rest and catch my breath)) We also landed in Amsterdam on time, we were served sandwiches on two flights, we enjoyed everything very much, thank you!

We were taken off the flight, returned back, thanks, at the expense of the company. They promised that the luggage was on board, but they didn't even load it, they didn't put new tags on it. There are no complaints about the flight itself! Comfortable takeoff and landing. It's a lot, but that's where all the moments end. Flight Moscow - Dusseldorf with transfer in Belgrade 1 hour 10 min. The Moscow-Belgrade flight was delayed for 40 minutes, then another 25 minutes while we were on the plane. The plane is small, the flight attendants are angry. I didn't give away my suitcase - they offered to take my hand luggage to the banage. A huge number of passengers for a short transfer. A transit desk with two disorganized and slow-moving, irritated employees. Somehow we got tickets for the next flight in the fight against the same poor devils who were late for the flight to Paris, Milan and other cities. The flight from Belgrade to Dusseldorf is much better, the plane is half empty, the flight attendants are nice, flew well and comfortably. If there is no way out, then fly, but only with a long transfer.

I flew with the airline from Milan, the flight delay was 2 hours, but for me it was not a critical time, but boarding the flight was a little confusing - an hour on a connecting flight from Belgrade and St. Petersburg is only a check of documents upon boarding and passenger distribution. Absolutely the worst airline I've ever flown, and I've flown many. Pobeda and other low-cost airlines are just angels compared to these guys. They arranged a second inspection at the entrance to the gate, which caused them to throw out the water they had just bought. The airline left a very bad impression of itself when it didn't want to board a flight in 2022, explaining overbooking. At the same time, the flight was a connecting flight. The vacation was questionable. With great difficulty, I managed to get a seat on the plane, but I didn't want to deal with her anymore. Exactly the same story happened to a friend in 2023. They simply refused to put her on the flight, explaining that there were no seats, although they even bought a seat. As a result, she managed to leave only a day later. I don't know, maybe something has changed between them now. But for that kind of money, I have to endure so many problems. The company just brazenly took advantage of the situation that it was easy to get to Europe through them.

My daughter flew in August 2025 Moscow- Belgrade- Moscow. The staff is friendly, but they don't speak Russian. We were fed a hamburger with ham. The cabin is clean, there is enough space between the rows, the daughter with a height of 172 is quite comfortable, and in the tail in the last row). I was very pleased that the flights in both directions are without delays, minute by minute. In general, it was a normal airline, there was nothing to complain about.

I am extremely disappointed with this airline, because when I went to check-in for my flight JU-138 from Belgrade to Moscow, I was, by the way, one of the first there, the women at the check-in desk forced me to hand over my hand luggage due to flight overbooking. It's crazy because after that, on my flight, I saw a lot of people with hand luggage on the plane, so I don't understand why I had to give my tiny luggage instead of them. Obviously, this caused the breakdown of my luggage, which is not intended for the luggage compartment! His wheel is completely broken and, of course, lost! I am shocked by this stupid policy of the company! Besides, there were plenty of seats above the seats on the plane, so my luggage wouldn't take up much space!

I do not recommend this airline, scammers, just to sell the ticket. I bought one of the most expensive tickets, I wanted to fly from Moscow via Belgrade to Rome quickly. The flight was delayed by an hour, upon arrival they gave everyone new tickets, which everyone was shocked about, I got not a direct flight to Rome but through Athens with a re-registration and departure with a difference of 12 hours. Initially, two pallets were bought in 5.5 hours, in fact, almost a day only after two cities to the third) and this is not the first experience, unfortunately with this airline, to say that I was upset, no, that's another word. Last time it was the same from Rome to Belgrade and then to Moscow, the flight was delayed, upon arrival in Belgrade we were told that there were no tickets, come for tickets tomorrow and sent to spend the night at the hotel, the next day we were gathered at the airport and told: there are not enough tickets for everyone, someone will wait another day. I was "lucky" more, I waited "only" a day) Despite the flights via Istanbul, Armenia, Azerbaijan, etc., I recommend choosing these transit cities again. The ticket is cheaper, more stable and faster. I flew through Abu Dhabi for 15 thousand, although the wait was ten hours for the next flight, but at least the price makes me happy. Here I paid almost 50 tons and a flight through 2 transfers to a third city

I flew in August 2024 on the Kazan-Belgrade-Zurich route with a transfer in 1.5 hours. 1. The flight from Kazan was delayed for 1 hour. 2. After arriving in Belgrade, I still had to wait for a stamp in my passport in the transit zone, and there were sooo many passengers like me flying to Europe in transit. As a result, 20 minutes before departure, I and 2 other passengers ran as fast as we could. 3. BUT! the most important thing is that after arriving in Zurich, my luggage did not have time to arrive, and even on the next flight. As a result, from +14 to +30, I found myself in jeans, sneakers, without clothes, underwear and other things. We were told that you can buy everything you need, and Serbia will compensate. We bought underwear, summer trousers and a T-shirt. As a result, the luggage arrived on day 3, and we found it ourselves when we arrived at Zurich Airport. The suitcase was broken, the wheel was torn off. March 2025! No compensation has been paid yet! They replied to my email a couple of times, saying send me the banking details and that's it. Terribly irresponsible. To fly for 600 euros and get such a setup. Draw conclusions. This time, in principle, I do not treat with Airserbia, although it is more convenient

We flew from Belgrade to St. Petersburg Upon landing in St. Petersburg, the pilot announced that there was fog in the city and he lacked the qualifications to land . Although no one else did that . All flights were on schedule. The pilot decided to direct the plane to Sheremetyevo. Upon arrival at Sheremetyevo, he also made a funny announcement that on the way back he would try to board Pulkovo again, but if it doesn't work out, then we fly back to Belgrade :) In general, everyone was dropped off at Sheremetyevo Airport with the words continue on your own :)

A terrible airline, with huge delays and an absolutely bestial attitude towards Russian tourists- connecting flights are disconnected on the day of departure, you are offered new flights with huge transfer intervals or with several transfers when initially booking direct flights. Departure from Belgrade for Russians from a separate compartment, where you are forced to re-inspect your luggage, take away the water you bought in the "clean zone" at duty free, stuff people into a block where there are much fewer seats than passengers, ventilation is not working. And they are also openly rude to any complaints.

A disgusting airline, we stood at the check-in desk for 1.5 hours, received our tickets 40 minutes before departure, although we arrived 2 hours in advance. The staff is in no hurry, moreover, when we came to check in the luggage, the girl who checks in the luggage just got up, got dressed and left in front of us. An incomprehensible security area is right before boarding, the water that you bought in the Dutch free is being taken away. And I'm not talking about flight attendants at all, they're complete boors. I do not recommend this airline to anyone. The hell with that.

The flight attendant tried to get the 2 carry-on bags to be removed under her feet, they saw that they were fully seated and they did not know if the suitcases would fit. Well, the question is, what does it have to do with me, why, first of all, should I suffer because I chose carry-on bags instead of a suitcase, and secondly, why did you first launch only those with carry-on bags? It's good that another adequate flight attendant got caught and removed one bag. Then the first one returned and handed back the bag. I do not recommend the worst airlines and the prices are huge for such conditions.

I flew twice - the flight was delayed twice. Not for long, but nevertheless. The plane from Moscow was an A319. Very tired. There is already an A320 from Belgrade, newer. People from joint tickets are seated in different parts of the salon. I won't say that intentionally, but it can happen. The choice of seats is paid, even with online registration. There is no online registration from Moscow. During the flight, they were fed sandwiches and a bottle of water. The sandwiches were not heated. Cold ones. When departing from Belgrade to Moscow, after passing through customs and inspection, get ready to queue in the boarding room. There is a re-inspection and after that the queue for boarding the plane itself. The room is small. There are only rows of seats and a toilet in it, and this despite the fact that the airport itself is simply huge. In general, to summarize, there seems to be nothing frankly bad to say about the airline, but there is nothing good either.

The ticket price absolutely does not correspond to the quality of service, and most importantly, the responsibility of the airline. Flight delays not caused by weather conditions, loss of luggage, damage to luggage and theft of personal items from luggage. After the flight on 11/16/24 we received our luggage a few days later. Good quality Samsonite and Travellite suitcases were damaged by vandals who knocked the locks off the suitcases with hammers. By damaging the zippers and the zipper runners. Upon delivery, the suitcase weighed 23 kg, upon receipt in Sheremetyevo, a weight of 20.3 kg was recorded. The secret is simple- some of the things were stolen. There were no acts on opening suitcases, removing locks, removing things!

My husband and I have been flying with this airline for the last few years. The flight from Sheremetyevo was delayed for an hour, but this is rather the norm for this airline, so we were not surprised. We didn't really care, we were flying to Serbia, but for transit passengers, of course, it's terrible.Therefore, if someone decides to fly through AirSerbia transit, it is better to put delays in the trip. There is no online registration from Russia, I was honestly warned about this at the representative office when buying tickets, and from Belgrade you can register online. We stood at the check-in at Sheremetyevo for a very long time, 1.5 hours.:(The suitcase from the hand luggage was taken into the luggage, explaining that there was not enough space on the plane. Everything was standard on the plane. Water, juice and a sandwich were offered. The toilet is clean, there is water, paper too. We flew back from Belgrade without delay, there was no queue at the check-in desk, and the suitcase from the hand luggage was also taken into the luggage. Water, juice and a sandwich were offered on board. A nice bonus was the Russian-speaking captain, who told us which countries we were flying over and about their landscape. Of course, you can criticize this airline as much as you like for sky-high ticket prices, flight delays, and much more. But because there is no other way to get to Serbia directly in 2-3 hours, we have to put up with this and will fly with this airline for now.

The flight was delayed for 2 hours in Moscow. I had a transfer in Belgrade to Budapest for 1.5 hours. I missed the flight. They gave me a ticket for the flight in 4.5 hours, which was delayed for 2 hours. And all these delays without warning. No water, no food voucher. One day of rest is just down the drain. I was supposed to arrive at the hotel at 10 a.m. And I arrived at 6 p.m. In addition, the ticket was without re-registration and without baggage collection. That's exactly what I was hoping for, since the flight is more expensive than our Aeroflot. After we were "fucked" in g ... but already at the airport, I decided to read before boarding! The female inspectors are especially fierce, they just don't have enough black uniforms with swastikas, they can be overseers in the camp, honestly, all the habits are straight from there. Such angry faces, outright frenzied, movements and voices are harsh, Before boarding, everyone is arranged according to the seat numbers from the boarding pass, all this takes a very long time, in what a stuffy glass aquarium. On the flight, they were given a 0.25 bottle of water and a completely unusable bun with a pickle inside. We must pay tribute to the fact that the plane was packed, not a single seat was available, and there were plenty of people willing to use such a "magical" service! We were so relaxed, apparently, when we bought tickets, that the Serbs were our Slavic brothers, and we always helped them in difficult times...Yeah, of course... the airport and the carrier are terrible, I'll never fly with them again and I don't recommend it to anyone. But there is no money for the rest of the tickets for 3 weeks. I wrote a letter to an email address that is not listed on their website (it is not working), but to the one I was told on the hotline. callcenter@airserbia.com , with a request to give an answer about the refund. There was no response for 3-4 days. Then they called me from the number +381, introduced themselves as airserbia, apologized very much for making a mistake when making a refund and asked me to repeat the procedure. They speak Russian very well, although they are asked to write to the mail either in Serbian or in English. In general, if there is a situation with a refund, everything can be solved, but you need to worry a little and not be lazy. For foreign airlines, this company works well and is interested in its passengers. I'm glad that everything has been resolved.

We bought seats in advance, purchased a fast truck at Belgrade airport, priority luggage (as a result, business class tags were hung on our luggage). The flight from St. Petersburg is delayed for 30 minutes and then I realize that's it) we got there and we have to sit in Belgrade for 10 hours before the next flight to Paris. My husband and my child slept through the entire flight, but I couldn't even relax. As a result, the flight arrives in Belgrade not 30 minutes later, but 20 minutes later, and I understand that there is a chance (mmmaaalentkits) that we will make it. I was just buying a row closer to the exit. And then we start running)) It was a horror) I point this piece of paper in everyone's face at the inspection that we have a fast truck, at passport control too (although there are a lot of late people there too, but it's important to think only about yourself). After the passport check, we run to our exit, at some point I realize that neither I nor the child can run anymore. My husband ran to beg us to wait) And yes!! As a result, we waited for all the latecomers! And even the luggage arrived in Paris! So thanks to Air Serbia! Will I still fly them? Yes!! But I will take more docking, I was so nervous that I couldn't come to my senses for a long time. And yes, the flight attendants are as polite as possible, I did not notice any rudeness. But the staff at the counters were so stupid that the queue reached us after an hour and a half. There were two more counters nearby, where people were already outraged, who did not understand why the registration of one passenger takes 10-15 minutes. Then it turned out that they had overbooking and I was randomly among the "lucky ones" who might not fly if there were no empty seats. Tickets, I note, cost 1,500 euros. We were able to persuade a representative of the company to give me a ticket with a seat. The flight took off with a big delay - an hour and a half. On boarding, passengers who were late for connecting flights appealed to the conscience of the staff. No one apologized to them. The flight back was just disgusting. At Belgrade Airport, no one cares about passengers at all. Check-in started 2.5 hours before departure (for an international flight!). I was on the overbooking list again. No arguments, requests and arguments that if I did not get on the flight, then further filming would be disrupted, plus there would be financial losses, did not help. The employee said that he was just an airport employee, that he had no contact with the airline and refused to invite the manager. Moreover, he refused to accept my luggage (paid for), so my colleague had to buy an extra seat and check in my luggage as his own. This greedy company makes good money on such tricks. Then there were humiliations for my own 1.5 thousand euros. At first, I and three of the same sufferers had to stand victoriously at the second control, which was already before boarding. It turned out that these three, on the contrary, were forced to hand over their hand luggage. The girl at the counter didn't explain much. We stood at the control for an hour. After that, we were allowed to go to the gate. But even there I had to stand at the counter on bird rights until everyone had passed. As a result, we were allowed on the flight. And we did not suffer the fate of those poor people who just sleep in bundles on the floor at Belgrade airport. What interesting things have turned out. There is no business class on the plane. But they sell the first three rows as a business, putting 2 people each instead of three - this is on an overbooking flight, please note. In addition, a family of four people passed in front of me, who bought 6 seats at the emergency exit in order to fly comfortably (even the staff at the counters later discussed that for an overbooking flight these were some super dumb airline decisions). If you get into overbooking, you automatically become a second-class person, everyone wanted to spit on you, no one explains anything to you, you just stand everywhere with a humiliated look for your own fifteen hundred euros, you are not offered a chair - everyone is allowed into the gate, where there are chairs, and you stand on your feet for an hour counters in an empty hallway. On the plane, flight attendants hang out in a crowd at the so-called business class, ignoring other passengers. When you try to get their attention, they talk rudely, do not smile, there is zero etiquette. There are no blankets, they are given only to the first three rows. To the question "Can I get a plaid?", the stewardess replied sharply: "Of course not," and ran to the front rows. The flight took off two hours late (we were on the plane for an hour). And yes, there are a million reviews on all travel forums that the airline is constantly losing luggage. People are wondering where the lost luggage goes, which they can't return for months. I think we've found him. Hundreds of lost suitcases were seen in the arrivals area at Belgrade airport. They just stand in heaps. Fortunately, my suitcase arrived, but it was soaked through. Moreover, there were some dirty black streaks on the things. In general, take care of your nerves and do not fly with this vile company.
