I bought a kitchen set. I ended up with a marriage. The only regret from the company is that it happened that way. From the legal side, they are doing well. All the problems are the buyer's problems. What would I do next time: checking completeness and quality during delivery. Check everything to the last screw, even if it takes a long time and do not sign the documents before checking. You can't prove anything later. The purchase experience was unsuccessful. I installed a kitchen set and noticed a defect in the facade doors under certain lighting conditions.

At the same time, there is no call, no agreement, no offer to replace or discard some of the goods in order to deliver on time - just a notification in the application, and they are sent even on the day of delivery, and within the specified delivery time. They gave me a discount promo code, but it's the same one twice)) By phone, the operator cannot actually change or decide anything, neither promptly refuse and deliver, nor agree on a specific delivery time, rather than a half-day interval. There's nothing left of the service. 2 stars only for the selection of products on the site, logistics and customer orientation have become near zero

Extremely disappointed with the work 21vek.by Order No. 365.425.289 was fully paid for on March 22, and it was promised to be delivered on March 28. Today, on April 10th— there is silence. The store actually uses my money without fulfilling its obligations under the contract. I remind the administration of clause 4 of Article 24 of the Law on STD: you owe me 0.5% of the order amount for each day of delay. In addition to penalties, I will demand compensation for moral damage for thwarted plans. I do not advise anyone to pay for goods online in this store — you risk being left without money and without goods for an indefinite period.
