I came to pick up the order, and as a result, I waited 50 minutes while the employee accepted the goods. Just one employee for the entire job. The hotline cannot be reached. I won't forget to order anything else in my life here, I don't care about customers for 21 years! And I don't advise others, there are a lot of similar stores now and we need to be more customer-oriented and organize this process (unloading and releasing goods) in a normal way!!!
