After reading the reviews, I come to the conclusion about the degradation of the store. You can only buy something cheap, which is not a pity to throw away, or expensive, but not complicated, which does not require warranty repair. Since December 30, the high-pressure washer gun has been cleaned, refusing to carry out warranty repairs. Is this cheating or sloppiness? Either they're waiting for spare parts, or they just didn't give a damn about the buyer. You can file a claim only via the Internet, they call you back, but they don't solve the issues. It's just awful. Honestly, I didn't expect such a disregard from employees of the 21st century in Belarus.
