The level of customer service is terrible. I placed an order in the online store 21vek, delivery was officially scheduled for today, 07/01/2026. I specially freed up the day and waited for the courier. As a result, the goods were not delivered, and the delivery was simply silently postponed a week in advance — on 07.07.2026! I have not received any clear explanations or reasonable reasons from the support. Complete disrespect for other people's time and plans. If deadlines are important to you, avoid this store, they do not fulfill their obligations.
