I would like to mention the excellent work of Master Valeria. It's not the first time I've come for beautiful nails, but I get stunning design, top-class work, care for the future of nails, painlessly removed cuticles, and all this backed up by a pleasant conversation. Valeria always clarifies her design wishes, whether she likes everything, if something didn't work out the first time, we always try again until we get closer to the ideal, when you just squeak with delight. The receptionist is always polite, they offer drinks, the salon is clean and pleasantly decorated, there is also a corner where you can sit down while waiting for your turn. What can I say, today I admired the velvety napkins in the toilet. In short, a top, plus a vibe and no fringe. I recommend it!

The atmosphere is always calm, thought out to the smallest detail: in winter they warm up with fragrant coffee, in summer they delight with delicious lemonade – everything is seasonal and with care. 💛 It's very nice that you can take a drink with you, if you're in a hurry – they always offer! Great beauty salon! I go for manicures and pedicures, everything was done quickly in 1.5 hours. It turned out beautifully and expensively . A long sock .The masters are very sensitive and attentive . Unfortunately, you will not be warned that the masters are poorly trained, interns and perform their work poorly. I had my manicure done for more than 3 hours, and the coating was so terrible that I had to redo it in another salon, and my hands were injured. It's dangerous, at least. Secondly, your appointment may be canceled / rescheduled at the very last moment, without notifying you about it in advance. If you signed up here, be prepared: for injured fingers, wasted time and money, and no pedicure or manicure at all. It doesn't matter that you have a vacation tomorrow or that all the days are scheduled, and you won't be able to find other windows and craftsmen. they won't be offered to you in this salon either, by the way. Without explanation.

UPD: after the review, the head of the salon contacted me and did everything to fix the situation. Unfortunately, it makes me uncomfortable to come back, but it's nice that the story didn't go unnoticed. Good service is learned not when everything is good, but when it is bad. I went to this salon for 2 months: for manicures and pedicures, for eyebrows, for massages. My husband also went there. After the last visit, one of the nails with gel polish cracked on the third day. Of course, on the evening of departure for vacation. All I was offered was a free correction. I asked them not to write to the same master anymore. When I returned from a spoiled vacation, in which the nail polish cracked after a pedicure, it turned out that the correction would be from the same master. They also started accusing me of lying. I was delayed for a pedicure for 30 minutes that time, and the manicure was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Because the pedicure master finished at 20:30, and at 21:50 I already left the salon. But I was convinced that this simply could not be. No problem. Neither my husband, nor my friends, nor I will come to this salon anymore. After canceling all the entries, they started offering me discounts. All I needed was a respectful attitude. It's still extremely disappointing, they did poor-quality work and also made me lose my temper. Protecting your employees is good, but don't make your customers look like idiots.

I want to leave a negative review about the beauty salon. After the manicure, my cuticle got sick, and I had to go to a dermatologist, who diagnosed me with post-traumatic eczema. The salon offered to contact a pharmaceutical company for an unnecessary examination, and the head Lilia did not find time to contact me. I've been treating my finger with antibiotics for two months now. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of loyalty to a regular customer!
