Gorgeous salon❤ The interior was impressive, very clean and bright. The receptionist is a friendly girl. I did a manicure and pedicure complex with a long-term coating for 120 rubles. (the full set with reinforcement and jacket) was absolutely delighted, not every salon will do it so efficiently, cleanly and neatly and for such a price. There is nothing like this in the area to be pleasantly shocked by the price and quality of services. I will definitely come back again.

I really appreciate the quality of my hands and a beautiful manicure, but unfortunately this is not available in your salon. Immediately after the procedure, unfortunately, there were calls/messages about deleting this comment "in a good way", it is most unpleasant to receive this from the salon immediately after the procedure! Атмосфера в салоне прекрасная. Однако, качество работы оставляет желать лучшего. При ближайшем рассмотрении дома видно, что работа неаккуратная. Педикюр выполнен был некачественно. На некоторых ногтях плохо просушен гель лак, покрытие неравномерное с затёками. Опил небрежный. Кожа на пальцах пересушена от огромного количества антисептика. Возле пальцев не было должной обработки, осталась ороговевшая кожа, которую обычно на педикюре аккуратно устраняют. Жаль времени. Работу явно придётся переделывать

And you need to take 20-30 minutes. I was offered a 10percent discount. Is the time and mood spent worth 10 percent (5-10 rubles)? I'm also attaching their answers from insta. This salon can't be called a premium salon if they can't accept a customer in time and then solve the problem.

You consider yourself a premium salon, but then there should be some quality and a normal solution to problems, I'm sorry, I'm a client and I also have to get something from the administrator so that I can be offered at least some day and time. Yesterday I was in this salon for several procedures in a row: eyelash extensions, complex coloring and manicure. I was absolutely delighted! The eyelashes were made by master Evgenia. She understood my idea the first time and made the perfect arrow effect. The complex coloring was performed by Polina. This procedure usually takes 5-6 hours, but Polina did it in just 4 hours very professionally and efficiently, I am very satisfied! The manicure also turned out to be beautiful and neat, I still admire the nails. Special thanks to Anastasia's administrator for her attention and care. Since I spent a lot of time in the salon, she treated me to a delicious coffee with sweets.The salon itself was also very pleased: the pedicure has the most comfortable chairs in which you literally drown, and two televisions are working. The toilet is large, clean and beautiful, which is also important. The atmosphere is great, the prices are pleasant. I spent my time with benefit and pleasure. Thanks a lot, girls!

The master saw that the next client had arrived and in a hurry finishing the manicure, she did not take into account the length wishes. The query length was under 0, which unfortunately is not noticeable. The side cushions are not removed at all. Basically, everything is visible in the photo. It was my first time at the salon and, unfortunately, it wasn't very successful. The administrator did everything in her power to resolve this situation and was very worried about the delays in the recordings. I would like the masters to record without such delays and take into account the wishes of the clients. Overall, the interior is very atmospheric.

I had an express pedicure with a varnish coating today. I arrived in advance at 13.55. The nails were uncoated, I chose a varnish, without a design, a regular coating, i.e. I did not delay the procedure by any actions. There are no questions about processing, the administrator came at exactly 3 p.m. and said that the next client had arrived. I was told that the nails were painted with ordinary varnish. He needs to dry out. In a hurry, they helped me put on my 2 right disposable flip-flops and escorted me out into the hallway. As you can imagine, there was no time to really look at it. It's actually some kind of joke. I suggested to the master that I could borrow here while the varnish dries. (at least in the next chair) - the answer was no, I do not know if someone will be here or not. Well, it's impossible to find out. The master said to sit for another 5 minutes. I sat near the entrance for 15 minutes. She put on her shoes and left. At home, when I looked closely at the coating, I saw that the coating of 8 nails was smeared. that is, it most likely smeared when they tried to put on these slates. Tell me, is it my problem that a new client has arrived? Do I automatically lose my client status or what? That you can be kicked out to the entrance... I've been doing this for 12 years, but it really surprised me! I went to see you on Romanovskaya Street several times, it was without incident.
