Yesterday we returned from this beautiful hotel in Kobuleti. We liked the good location of the hotel, the passage to the sea through the park. The sea is incredibly warm, the pebble beach is smooth, the approach was very comfortable in special corral shoes. Friendly staff, comfortable room with everything you need, cleanliness throughout and in the rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. I liked the territory of the hotel: a gazebo, a swimming pool with sun loungers, a cafe with delicious dishes at an adequate price. We really enjoyed the excursions organized by the hotel manager, we were delighted with the trip to mountainous Adjara and evening Batumi. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Warm memories keep your soul warm until your next arrival at this beautiful hotel. We have been returning here for several years now. The hospitable Gotcha and his family are greeted with cordiality every time. The hotel itself is very well located, a little inside the courtyard, so the noise from the road is muffled. Across the street is a pine park with exercise equipment, benches, and a children's playground. And immediately behind it there is a beautiful embankment and the sea. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, we swam in it when there were big waves on the sea. The pool bar was very helpful) Breakfast was included in the room rate, and you could always choose what to eat. It is a pity that there is no coffee machine in the cafe. But it is possible to order for a small amount at a bar or in a restaurant. The restaurant cooks in Turkey, very tasty. We often had lunch and dinner at our hotel's restaurant, and homemade Georgian dishes were really delicious. There is also an amazing homemade wine and cognac, which we always take home with us when we leave. The area around the hotel is quiet, peaceful, but if you want a "movement", then it's in the center, not far on foot.

It's a wonderful and beautiful hotel, but the triple room 2bz+ 1 is a little cramped. There is everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer, a TV with lots of channels, good wi-fi, a balcony, air conditioning. There is no shower stall as such, there is a curtain, there is always cold and hot water, the pressure is good. There is a bar on site, as well as a swimming pool. Beautiful view of the pool from the elevator with transparent walls) A cafe nearby and a street with shops and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance without crossing the road. The hotel is not at the road itself, a little deep, so there is no road noise and exhaust fumes. The breakfasts are normal, in a separate dining room on the ground floor. The beach is across the street in a well-kept park, a 5-minute walk. The staff speaks Russian, the atmosphere is friendly, the cleaning is on the third day.

It is with him that you can have lunch with a Georgian family with Adjarian dishes, a master class in Georgian dances and songs. And the main decoration of the feast will be wonderful toasts from Sulkhan. Only with Sulkhan will you be able to reach the clouds with your hand. It is he who will organize an unforgettable mountain tour to an altitude of 2200 meters above sea level, arrange a picnic with a fragrant barbecue! We had a vacation in August 2024 and, apparently, it was only us who were so "lucky". We moved into a tiny room with some kind of micro-closet that overlooked the balcony of a nearby hotel and you could see everything the neighbors were doing there. There was practically no way to dry things. There were two ropes on the balcony that were constantly tearing from old age, and even if you managed to hang something on them, the air conditioner dripped from above. We didn't get the cleaning done in 10 days. It's generally worth keeping quiet about the bathroom. There's sooo little space, there's a drain in the floor, there's just a curtain hanging in the middle, and that's where the whole shower ends. I had to wash practically on the toilet. The breakfast is a buffet, delicious, and thanks for that. The pool is large, the water is warm and clean. Children (probably the children of the owners or staff) were standing behind the bar and pouring alcohol. It doesn't seem quite right. The location is good. Close to the sea, there are many delicious cafes and other entertainment nearby. In general, the feelings are mixed.

We had a rest from September 3-9. A great hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy. The room was cleaned three times in 6 days, bed linen and towels were changed. Thanks to the maid girls❤ Delicious breakfast, no one will stay hungry - rice, pasta, buckwheat, cheese, sausage, sausages, eggs, porridge, vegetable salads, buns. There is a cafe on the territory, we had dinner there. Amazing food 🤤 Many thanks to all the chefs who fed us ❤ There is a relaxation area by the pool, with a bar, tables and sun loungers. The hotel is simply wonderful, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. All issues were resolved instantly. The refrigerator did not work, it was immediately changed. 🫶 We thank each employee for a great vacation and for your warmth 🤗

In windy weather, with the windows and balcony closed, the wind whistled and rumbled. When they asked for a trash can in the room, they looked at us like idiots (there is a 1-liter trash can near the toilet in the room and this is for 3 people). By the end of the arrival, there was rotovirus all over the floor. During my entire stay, I have never seen the common hallway or elevator cleaned. The sound insulation is zero, we "enjoyed" the sounds very well when all the effects of the rotovirus were heard in the next room. Food. Breakfast was included in the package. It's the same thing every day. If yesterday there was hot stewed cabbage for breakfast, today this is a salad with stewed cabbage with a lot of vinegar. The standard was eggs, sausages (in terms of quality in Belarus they would be considered unsorted) and sausage (unsorted). There is a cafe on site. It seems delicious in places, but the portions are small. Even a 5-year-old child was left hungry, but what about an adult. How they position themselves here will be cheap for you to eat. Yes, it is cheaper by 1-2 lari, but the portion is 2 times smaller. You definitely won't find delicious tea and coffee there. Excursion. This is a separate big topic. If you want an express tour where everyone is naked in Europe, then contact Sergey (the hotel administrator). Result. You can find a better hotel and service. When we talked with other tourists on the way home, their impressions of the places where they stayed. We realized that we had made a big mistake with the choice of the hotel. This hotel is not recommended for family holidays

A good family hotel in Kobuleti, on the first coastline. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are simple, there is a small refrigerator.I didn't really like the breakfasts, all 10 days there was the same Ala buffet-sausages, scrambled eggs, cold potatoes and pasta, local cheese. But, there is a mini cafe in the courtyard of the hotel, you can eat there. Prices, as on the whole coast- khachapuri from 10 lari. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the staff was polite.The house number is 636, and the same number of houses to the market in Kobuleti. You can catch a minibus to the market and to Batumi anywhere.

The hotel and tour operators deliberately mislead people. The hotel has two buildings, beautiful for Russians and residents of Kazakhstan, and gray and squalid for Belarusians. The walls are cardboard, the audibility is amazing, the sewerage is disgusting and the toilet stinks (in a beautiful building too), cleaning is not provided, there are no ramps and no elevator, you have to go up a spiral staircase with suitcases to the 3rd floor, mold and dirt are available, the biased attitude of the staff (administrator) is provided. Yes, the administrators are Ukrainians and they will tell you their opinion if possible. Breakfasts will be monotonous, the same thing every day, not everything is edible, some of the products are purchased. There is a nearby cafe, local people already work there and cook delicious, but some of the dishes are frozen and warmed up, for example khinkali (like our dumplings by weight in the supermarket).

No one cleaned the room unless they asked for it. I had to ask for the bed linen to be changed twice, because the first time I was refused. The shower was constantly dripping water onto the floor. The cleaning was very bad. The service is terrible in this regard. The food is normal and delicious. Except for the sausage, it was terrible. Otherwise, if you don't take cleaning and the fact that there has never been anyone at the reception, it's fine. The pool is cool, some staff are nice. But we won't be coming back here anymore.

A great family hotel. The hospitable host of Gotcha treats you with his wine. The sea is across the road along the pine forest - 200 meters - a fairy tale!!! We had a rest in the 18th year - the Internet is a little weak (maybe they have already fixed it). There was no pool yet, now I'm looking at the photo - it's a buzz. There is a barbecue in the yard, you can roast the meat yourself. Breakfast is included, we also went to the dining room for lunch - they cook well, you can even order something to cook. In the evenings we went to cafes (a huge number in the area). We left, bought wine and cognac in the basement of the Gocha. Who was treated - they said they had never tasted better. I definitely advise everyone!!!
