We visited this place today and realized that it was the first and last time. Upon arrival, we were quickly served and our order was accepted. One of the items was a burger with a chicken patty and French fries. The carpaccio was brought to the young man within 15 minutes, and I waited for my burger for more than half an hour. When the dish finally arrived, attention was immediately drawn to the serving with a "cheese cap" that literally spread across the table. The burger is served with gloves, which is convenient if you eat it with your hands. However, it turned out to be difficult to do this: the burger is not fixed in any way and literally falls apart in your hands. After several attempts to bite it, I noticed the color of the cutlet that appeared on the side, and immediately realized that it was not a chicken. We informed the waitress about this. She clarified the information in the kitchen and returned with the answer: "Yes, the cook confirmed that he cooked beef." There was no immediate apology or suggestion to correct the error. Of course, we asked to redo the burger and remove the "cheese cap". The dish was taken to the kitchen along with the French fries, which I had already tried. By the way, the potatoes were too salty, but against the background of what happened, it seemed like a small thing. After another 15 minutes, they brought me a new burger and the same French fries, which had already cooled down by that time. We have clarified whether it has been replaced. To the question: "Did you bring the same potatoes?" the waitress replied: "The cook cooked it, not me." After further clarification in the kitchen, she said that the potatoes had not really been redone, as there were "no problems" with them. Apparently, the fact that it got cold while waiting for a new burger is not considered a problem. Another unpleasant moment: while the burger was being redone, I took off my gloves, which were completely stained with cheese. No one offered me any new ones. I didn't want to ask them separately anymore, because for the entire time of communication there was not a single attempt to smooth out the situation or show basic participation. As a result, I ate a crumbling burger with a chicken patty with my hands. After that, we paid off and left the establishment. During all this time, we have not heard any apologies for the confused order, or attempts to compensate for the error or somehow resolve the situation. It all came down to the fact that the responsibility shifted to the cook, with whom we, as guests, could not even directly discuss the problem. On the plus side, the restaurant has board games that you can use to keep yourself busy while your order is being redone.

It was the second chance for this institution and definitely the last. The four of us arrived, the waiter didn't even warn us about the waiting time for the dishes. The landing on the aircraft was not complete. If we had known that the kitchen was working so slowly, we would have left right away and would not have been late for the event. First, they brought us all the drinks, including my coffee. Then there is complete chaos in the serving of dishes. The burger arrived in 30 minutes. Then the toast. And they brought me dessert (cheesecake) BEFORE the salad! The coffee has already cooled down in half an hour. The waiter must know that all main dishes should be served to guests at the same time, and not separately at half-hour intervals. As a result, we ate randomly, someone had already finished before the other even started. I waited 40 minutes for the salad itself, but I didn't get it, so I had to ask for it to be canceled because time was up. The taste of the dishes is not worth such a long wait and service! Bottom line: tasteless, long, unprofessional, part of the order was not received, and we were late for the event. Complete disrespect for the guests. I won't set foot here again, and I won't recommend it to others.
