The staff was polite, particularly when interacting with children. They were proactive in suggesting options that might be more suitable. However, there was a mix-up with our order, and a different waiter had to come and ask us what we had ordered. The preparation took approximately 30 minutes. When the food arrived, my son discovered a metal object in his dumplings. Upon inquiring, the staff informed us that the dumplings were not made in-house, and they only cooked them. I would have expected a dish replacement or at the very least, an apology. When we approached the cashier, we were offered to stay and finish our tea. After declining the offer, they allowed us to leave without charging us for the meal

A colorful place where anyone can feel welcome right from the doorstep. All thanks to the owner of this institution Victoria and her daughter Malvina. And the rest of the women who work there are also very friendly, welcoming them like family. On Victoria's advice, we ordered a Fantasy dish - it's just a game of tastes, and it's very satisfying for a company of four people. Victoria also told and showed how to eat it properly - well, just like at home with her beloved grandmother. And she also advised to take not just a chicken salad with nuts, but to try a novelty - with eggplant. An interesting combination, touched on both cheeks. And we washed it all down with gorgeous homemade wine, tasted both white and red. They didn't leave the cafe, but rolled out satisfied. We also brought homemade cupcakes with us, then at home with tea, they went off with a bang.

I liked the cafe. My friends advised me. Delicious homemade cuisine. Large portions (we didn't eat everything, we wrapped it up with us). They speak Russian. The atmosphere is also homely. Palermo Cafe On Ketavan Dedopali Avenue, not far from Avlabari metro station. The cafe is family friendly, they meet with love, they cook delicious food and the most reasonable prices, they checked everywhere more expensive. The interior is modest, but mentally, comfortably, the dishes are large enough for one for two, soups can be taken in halves, excellent food, wed check 1500- 2000 rubles, compared to prices in the city lower by an order of magnitude, where to eat for two from 3000 rubles and above, we got 5000 rubles. Food in Georgia is more expensive than in Moscow, please note. Try the meat and potatoes, the wine is decent, my husband highly appreciated the chacha. Georgian lemonade is beyond praise. The hostess is just a miracle, she calls all the visitors: my children, after that you don't notice how you become a child who came to his parents to have a delicious meal. The interior is unusual, for an amateur, but generally homely and cozy. The dinner was ruined by a woman welcoming the guests, apparently the hostess. She tried to be her own, to quarrel, they say, young people, sit in phones, take them away, forcibly took the phone and put it aside, which clearly crossed the line, brought her wife to tears. I would like less intrusive attention from her. After that, they didn't visit the restaurant anymore, although they liked almost everything about the cuisine.
