Private veranda, summer kitchen for 2 cabins. They say there will be more of them next year. There are a couple of cafes nearby. The beach is 6-7 minutes away at a brisk pace

We rested more than once, convenient location, a few seconds to the sea. Clean bed linen, dishes and kitchen are unwashed, everything is greasy and sticky. The hosts are hospitable, but the price is increased every year. I think that now these houses are not worth the money, since the price has increased almost 1.5-2 times, and the houses are not getting newer after all. At least put the kitchen in order. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, since there is wood, not tile. Well, you need to invest something, not just earn money.

We rested, gained strength, the sea is excellent, the hostess and her daughter are very friendly. We rested in the 7th house, with a 7-month-old grandson and a daughter with a son-in-law. The courtyard of each house is simply magnificent.

And this is not the first time we have been vacationing in Abkhazia and we could not find a place to go 100%. But this year everything worked out for us. We booked a double house with its own veranda from June 9th to 26th. The house is just wonderful. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a parking lot. Lots of greenery and trees. The photos are completely true. The owner of the guest house Dmitry is very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much for his hard work. The sea is a one-minute walk away. This year the beach is 50-50 (pebbles - sand). There is a great cafe nearby with affordable prices. . The pastries are just super and delicious khinkali. In general, the rest was a success. We are waiting for next year.
