We asked several times if there was panthenol, and the pharmacist assured us that this cream would help with burns. We bought the cream, but it didn't help for four days, we started reading the composition through an online translator, there was no panthenol at all. When we arrived a week later for the second time, we armed ourselves with a list and bought the drugs we needed, but the pharmacist silently handed over the check and did not give us the change of twelve Egyptian pounds.
