it does not catch its Internet connection well and the hotel's Wi-Fi does not work well. Upon arrival, the bedside table was broken, the glass in the door was broken, the lights were flashing, the appliances were dirty, and the toothbrush packaging was open. When asked to fix everything, I heard 1,000 apologies and 1,000 promises. the next day, nothing was fixed, I called the administrator a second time. he fed us breakfast again, we moved out the next day, I warned him that we would leave 3 hours before departure, he said that everything would be fine. as a result, he asked some woman to tell us that he was in the hospital so that we would not be able to return our money. and yet, there are no windows and very bright direct light, which also caused discomfort. the dryer is not working.

The hotel is just great. It's all clear. They were hospitable, the excellent owners of the hotel, helped with parking, gave everything they needed for life, amazing people and location. One disadvantage is the lack of an elevator, it was really hard with suitcases on the 5th floor. As it is, we are very satisfied, we will keep in mind for the next visits now only to you.

I liked everything, it was cozy, clean, and quiet. Thanks to Mikael separately. Attractions within walking distance (monument, cascade, opera). There are plenty of shops nearby. Tumanyan shawarma is open until 3 a.m. :-)

It's a great hotel, the hosts are wonderful people. We rented a room in this hotel on the fourth floor with a balcony. You live like in your own apartment, with your own kitchen and all the amenities. The price is acceptable. The dishes in the kitchen are good, if you do not pay attention to one old pot,😊. We were very satisfied with the rest. I wrote this review in 2025. Now (June 22, 2026) I am writing messages, they are watching and they are silent. I call, but they don't call. I am trying to contact them to arrange to rent a room, as we are going to come to Yerevan, but there is no response! At least they wrote that there is no way to receive us now. I can't add a new review, so I had to change the old one.
