I was at the Palitra salon for a haircut. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the impression of the service remains ambiguous. The master has a lot of experience, but her methods seemed outdated to me: the handling of the hair was rough (for example, severe drying with a hair dryer and subsequent difficult combing). Some topics in the conversation (like advice on rituals) distracted from the process and looked unprofessional. Unfortunately, the result of the haircut did not match my expectations, it does not look critical on long hair, but still I am a little disappointed. It's probably a matter of style differences — I wanted a more modern approach, but the master followed different techniques. For those who appreciate classical methods, the salon may be suitable, but personally I prefer other places.

I did a manicure, I came for a pedicure today - the conditions were changed "on the go" - the service was refused, offering only a 10 percent discount, referring to the fact that I was warned about the validity period of the certificate (in fact, no, neither verbally nor in writing (correspondence with the administrator on Instagram) I she was not warned). On the contrary, I informed the administrator that I would not do the procedure in the near future, because I was splicing the nail, to which I received no objections. When confirming the entry, the administrator also did not announce the new "conditions". As a result, I spent an hour on the road and an hour back, plus I specifically called a person to look at this time for the abandoned child. "Thank you" for the "excellent" service and time spent.
