We ordered Sumo Sushi for the first time, to be honest, at our own risk, but in the end we were satisfied with everything 10/10. We took Set Women's Day and Alaska roll, and the impressions were extremely positive. Most of all, I would like to note the harmony of tastes: while eating, you can clearly feel each ingredient and at the same time realize how perfectly they merge into one bright, balanced taste. The ingredients are matched not only in taste, but also in texture. Soft cream cheese, tender avocado, rice and fish create an incredibly delicate roll that literally melts in your mouth. Cream cheese deserves special attention, it is very tender and pleasant, without unnecessary heaviness. I also liked the topping: the combination of fresh and lightly toasted sesame turned out to be a great detail; the toasted sesame added light nutty notes and complemented the taste of the rolls well. However, there are two minor flaws. The first was the uneven cutting of the rolls: some pieces were noticeably thinner (about 1.5 cm), while others were almost twice as thick (about 3 cm), and the difference was really striking. The second point is the operator's work when confirming the order: during the call, the dialogue was built uncertainly, it felt like the operator was not clarifying the order, but was casually asking if we had ordered it, which was a little confusing. Otherwise, the experience turned out to be very pleasant, the taste of the rolls completely covered the minor flaws. We will definitely order again and can confidently recommend it.
