I laid out the dishes , warmed up the second one , waited until they mentioned it and put everything together . As a recommendation: add containers to the service to make it easier to transfer food. The basic amount is pennies , but convenient . The dishes were delicious , the table was full .

I ordered a banquet menu in Novopolotsk on April 12, 2025. They brought it in time, the tables were set, and there was a separate table for the children. We ordered a catering banquet menu. That's how they advised and praised this organization. The holiday is ruined. They brought one sandwich and a spoonful of salad per person. The fish is terribly dry, it is not possible to eat. 4 shrimps per salad. The assorted pancakes are very meager and dry. Slicing: where there was exactly one piece, where there wasn't even enough. We are very disappointed. I wanted to book for a big event. No way, I would have disgraced myself.

I want to share my opinion about Emco. We ordered a banquet menu and brought it in some boxes. When asked where the person who will serve us is, the driver replied: "There is no one there." We had to do the table setting ourselves, the driver helped a little. Why didn't you warn that no one would come for the service, even though your website says "Catering includes not only the delivery of cooked food, but also serving guests, serving new dishes and drinks." She asked me to replace the chipped plates, and they said no, the glasses were dirty and dusty. I asked for disposable tablecloths, but they didn't arrive either. Ruined the whole mood before the holiday!!! Your "customer orientation" is amazing. I would not advise anyone to cooperate with your company!

The food was supposed to be brought, and everything was set on the table, but an hour before the appointed time, one driver arrived and brought everything in wooden boxes. There was no one to set the table, referring to the fact that there were not enough people. No one even called or informed me about it in advance. Of course, they don't have any checks. The bread had a torn package and it was all lying around. The cake was not delicious, it was dry. She embarrassed herself in front of the guests and ruined her mood and makeup on her own anniversary.

We were very disappointed for several reasons: 1) The ordered dishes were delivered 30 minutes before the start of the event, which caused additional hassle and worries. 2) The dishes were delivered in some kind of box without observing sanitary and temperature conditions. The appearance of the dishes left much to be desired. Everything looked as fresh as possible. The portions are very small 3) During the table setting, the absence of dishes according to the ordered list was noticed. Although everything was discussed repeatedly. The request for a settlement receipt was refused. Question. How is the calculation carried out? 4) The cake was not delicious. It's like a simple "cake"

We ordered a Province for our son's wedding, the order was made a month before the event, we called repeatedly and discussed everything. Nothing seemed to portend trouble. On the eve of the event, we called again and we were sure that everything would go well. But alas! An hour before the appointed time, we are informed that they do not have time to set the table by the agreed time. Arriving at the place, we see one driver with boxes of food on the floor (naturally without observing any sanitary and temperature standards). It was a shock! Fortunately, the guests got into our position and started setting the table. Moreover, 7 servings of salad were not enough, the appearance of the dishes left much to be desired, the portions were small, on small plates, there were no dishes according to the ordered list. Potatoes baked in slices (either boiled or fried) 2 days exactly before the event were brought in large plates just like a wave, no one touched it. Trying to find out something from the driver, by the way, he arrived alone (although the service was stipulated) explained that he did not know anything, he was just uploaded and sent (by the way, not only to our event) But that wasn't all! Congratulations (Bear), which were also prepared in advance, were ordered from the same company. And then it's a bummer! The driver who brought the food (it turns out he was supposed to be a bear) informs us already at the event that the column is not working and, accordingly, there will be no congratulations. It was killed to the end! My mood and health were ruined to the end. The horror! It's a shame! We do not advise anyone. The attitude is terrible!

The most terrible service!!! We celebrated the Anniversary of our spouse in June 2025!!! All the guests were shocked by the food, everything was cooked in three days, not fresh, the smell was terrible. It was impossible to chew hot food at all, it was dry, and there was almost no filling. The sandwiches are almost bread alone. We were not warned that there would be no more dishes from what we ordered, we found out about it at the event itself. The service is one name, they served only hot, and then it was necessary to serve three hot ones, but they served two and said, and the rest themselves. People, don't even order this Catering, embarrass yourself in front of your relatives like us!!!!
