I don't recommend a wizard named Bob to anyone. I washed my hair disgustingly painfully. All the combs are dirty and in the hair. I needed to cut my bangs. I asked them to make it shorter in the center, and leave the length at the edges. Finally… Terribly short straight bangs like a freak's. When drying, I burned my head with a hair dryer.
