We were with friends at In Smoke We Trust, a great place for BBQ lovers. Taking a Brisket is just a fire! It's very juicy, soft, and has a great ring of smoke. It literally melts in your mouth. It is clear that the meat is prepared with love and professionalism. The couslaw salad let me down a little — the taste is rustic, it is clearly lost against the background of the brisket. The atmosphere in the establishment is cozy, there is not much space inside, but there is a pleasant outdoor terrace where it is especially great to sit in good weather. In general, I recommend it! I'll definitely come back to try something else from the menu.
