Pasha Osidach is a partisan girl, during the war she was a contact in her native village of Ladyzhichi, occupied by the Nazis. In 1943, she hid notes with reports in a spit and ran to the partisans of the Braga detachment. The fascists seized a partisan near the village of Koticheva, tortured and, after torture, buried her alive in the ground. Initially, the monument to Pasha Osidach stood on her grave in Ladyzhichi. After the accident and the evacuation of the village, the monument was transported to Chernobyl and installed in the courtyard of the former school on the initiative of local resident Fedora Ivanovna Petenok. There is a sculpture "Pasha Osidach" in the memorial complex "Wormwood Star" in Chernobyl. On November 17, the day of the 71st anniversary of the liberation of the city of Chernobyl from the Nazi invaders, a monument to Pasha Osidach, a native of the village of Ladyzhichi in the Chernobyl region, a partisan liaison who was tortured by the Nazi occupiers, was unveiled in the city's Glory Park. The celebrations were attended by representatives and management of enterprises of the State Agency for the Management of the Exclusion Zone, GSP Chernobyl NPP. A rally was also held in the Glory Park on the occasion of the anniversary of the liberation of Chernobyl from the invaders. The sculpture was created before the Chernobyl accident, but during the evacuation it was left in the Chernobyl workshop. After some time, the found sculpture was restored and installed near the former school No. 2, and this year it was moved to the city Park of Glory, where it took its rightful place among other memorials dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the heroes who liquidated the consequences of the Chernobyl accident.
