My visit to this clinic was connected to a very difficult situation. I had to make the decision to put my cat to sleep, but I still want to give this clinic and its staff the highest rating. They treated both me and my cat with great care, respect, and kindness. They supported me the whole time, stayed close, and came in or stepped out exactly when I needed. Despite how hard this visit was, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who works at the clinic.

We arrived at 2 p.m., with a temperature measured at home, with a swollen eye, to ask for an opinion on the treatment. They took the cat away, examined it without us, and said they couldn't do anything to help, 4,000 for the inspection. They didn't want to write a report, so they asked me to write it. They wrote simply listing the condition of the cat. They recommended a CT scan. If you go to a specific specialist, then it's OK, if it's just like we do for an emergency appointment, don't waste your time. Jelica Vikovic accepted us - I do not recommend it,
