Far East Restaurant, Yalongwan Peking duck is not just eaten here. People are enjoying it! Mikhail is a guide to the world where the Peking duck reigns supreme. He will tell you where to start, how to roll a pancake, what sauce to dip in. And these are not just recommendations, but a small performance. Serving is an art. The pancakes are in a wicker steamer basket, thin, almost transparent, slightly moist from steam. Next to it is a plate with bowls: sweet hoisin sauce, powdered sugar (yes, they dip the crispy skin into it — and it's an explosion), cucumber straws and green onions. The skin is separate — it crunches, melts, and is caramel-sweet... Mmmmmmmmm The meat is tender, juicy, without excess fat. Mikhail watches you roll the first pancake and nods approvingly. You're in the right hands. Peking duck is not food here. It's a ceremony that you want to participate in over and over again.

Были в ресторане «Дальний Восток» всей семьёй с детьми вечером, и остались в полном восторге! Очень вкусная еда, всё приготовлено качественно и с душой. Но особенно хочется отметить отношение персонала к гостям. Для нашего ребёнка по индивидуальной просьбе приготовили гобаожоу без овощей, внимательно отнеслись ко всем пожеланиям. Официанты моментально реагировали на любые просьбы, были очень вежливы и доброжелательны. Более того, несмотря на то, что мы уже были одними из последних гостей, специально для нас приготовили рис. Такое искреннее желание помочь и сделать отдых комфортным встречается нечасто. Огромное спасибо всей команде ресторана за прекрасное обслуживание и тёплую атмосферу! С удовольствием будем рекомендовать это место друзьям и обязательно вернёмся снова.

A great place with high-quality cuisine, wonderful delicious dishes and very neat serving! Be sure to take the Peking duck, it's perfectly cooked! The atmosphere is cozy inside. Separately, it is nice that there is a cuisine not just Chinese, but traditional for the Hainanese people of Li. There are a variety of dishes, including a simple cucumber+tomato salad, Chinese rice, pork with vegetables (if you are with children, this is important). There are delicacies and unusual dishes. Of the various restaurants in Yalong Bay, this is one of the best, I recommend it.

The child ran to the entrance of the restaurant for ice cream. The child was given a chicken steak- like nuggets. It's a big portion, but he asked for more)) He really liked it. Everything is delicious, but in the photo a small frying pan with meat turns into a huge one on the table. Similarly, rice with pineapple and dessert :)) Rice was given as a gift for meat, tea is poured endlessly. The quality of the dishes is good. There is an interpreter at the restaurant. The worst place of all the restaurants on the island where we were. I have never seen such a long wait anywhere in China. Add beer and juice for 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes, the salad arrived. We waited another 30 minutes for the hot stuff. Even by Zanzibar standards, that's a very long time. Harbin salad was not chopped, but simply chopped into pieces. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
