Level 9 Local Expert

A new Russian place was opened near Vukov Spomenik. They specialize in grilled chicken and pork (shashlik or shawarma). They also have several specialties: holodnik/svekolnik, a cold soup with beetroot and kefir, and hashlama from Caucasian cuisine. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. Additionally, to my surprise, there were a couple of options for Belgian beer in the fridge.

Very tasty food. We've already tried almost all the menus and the food is exactly the way we would have prepared it ourselves. The cozy interior, very polite staff, always prompt and cook pretty quickly. The place is small, but you can always take it with you if there is no room.

A wonderful cozy cafe-restaurant with the best shawarma in Belgrade and delicious kebabs. There is a real huge barbecue with coals, so the meat turns out juicy and tender. Soups and salads are also top. The prices are adequate for the quality. I can safely recommend it!

A pleasant place. There are only 3 tables inside. Therefore, it is not a fact that you will be able to sit down, but the food is very good. We had pate, mushroom soup and pork kebab and it was delicious. The barbecue is just nice, not dry. As it should be. While the guys were sitting, they went outside to smoke, and when they started to leave, others came and started smoking inside ((so I can't tell if they're smoking here or not. They probably smoke

A great place for people tired of chevapcici and pleskavitsy and smoky traditional restaurants! Classic kvass, homemade mors! Okroshka, solyanka!!! Beef Stroganoff!!! Even Olivier! It's actually a bomb! We got there by accident, we ate very tasty!!! A small, family-run cafe, no smoking inside! The air conditioner is working. There are three tables. For 6,4,2 people + take it with you.

Delicious shawarma with juicy chicken, garlic sauce with herbs and pickled cucumber! Excellent, albeit small, shawarma with real garlic soups, juicy chicken, pickles! 5 out of 5 Next time I will pay attention to the rest of the menu (soups, kebabs, crab salad, etc.).
